My hard stay

Location The staff was extremely helpful and curious .

The beds were very hard. The Restrant was not open ,even thoe it was advertised open. It appears to have been closed for a while.

Would return - great value for money!

Villa's Camargo is a tranquil and comfortable hotel in an excellent location within ten minutes of many of the region's famous balnearios, and about 5 minutes from the center of Ixmiquilpan. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff very welcoming and warm. We especially loved the resident cat(s).

Buen hotel

Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y espaciosas. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y el chico que sirve para transporte/taxi es muy servicial.

El servicio del restaurante en las mañanas. Tal vez fue mala suerte pero el chef llegó tarde, tardó en hacer nuestra orden y a pesar de ser las primeras en llegar decidió darle preferencia a otras mesas sólo porque eran más personas.

Muy agradable y cómodo.

Todo estuvo increíble, la atención fue siempre muy amable y cordial, siempre atentos y al servicio. Sólo hay que tener un poquito más de cuidado en los detalles, porque me dieron una toalla que estaba pintada o sucia. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Solo mejorar la empatía del personal de la noche, puede ser amable en el apoyo solicitado. El desayuno que incluía solo era café y galletas, debería ser más específico, el lugar bonito..falta restaurante
