Villa located in one of the most sunny coasts of the island, within Madeira's tradicional terraced hillsides. The house has a spacious porch, with a large dining table, facing a grass covered terrace with fantastic views over a banana plantation and the sea. The property also has a private outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views!

This is a fantastic spot, close to Calheta where there is a restaurant, gas, grocery store and beach. We parked above and it was fine. We will miss our morning coffee overlooking the ocean before heading out on hikes, as well as our evening glass of Madeira looking at the stars!

The house and the location are wonderful. The interior, the pool and the house itself are in excellent condition. Only the street to the house is not in good condition due to the construction work opposite. The owner can't do anything for it, but it's currently a small problem. The communication was excellent, and everything was well prepared. We enjoyed our holiday there very much and would like to live there again.

Overall a fantastic place with stunning views over the ocean. The house was recently very nicely renovated (bathrooms and kitchen) and is nicely furnished. The road to the house is for the last couple of meters very steep and I would not recommend driving down to the parkspace behind the house. Also the currently ongoing construction on the other side of the road is causing noise, sometimes more sometimes less. Pictures of the house, views, rooms etc. are all very acurate and real.
