    Close to North Gate, the hippest part of Chiang Mai. Cheap, clean and easy to deal with staff. I have been going to this spot every year for the past five years. Highly recommend.

    The room was so unclean. Bad not comfortable at all, it seems like the bad is not equal. Blankets got holes in its and it’s doesn’t look like any hotel presets that you should get. Bathroom is the worst not clean, fungus, toilet seat was crack. The small is like very old room. Walking path is dark. Elevator is haunted. Parking was ok for motorcycle but when its come to car, it was too small to move. It’s cheap, i get it but pls clean the room properly! I have to book other hotel and early check out for one night. Staff look nice but i don’t have any hope to ask for change the room.
