Beautiful villa in Marbella (Elviria) with sea view 1 km from the beach of Nikki beach, the hotel Don Carlos and the Marriott and casanis beach with outdoor pool and a beautiful garden not overlooked.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms with double bed (10 people) 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge) and an outdoor Argentina barbecue and gas hob. There are 2 indoor lounges, 1 with open fire and 1 outdoor lounge, 1 indoor dining room and 2 outdoor dining rooms.
There is an alarm inside and outside.
Nearby restaurants and food stores (800 meters).
Possibility of massage in nearby hotels or at home.

The villa was even better then expected with so much room for everyone inside and outside , good spec with plenty of utensils etc , any slight issues or questions we had were responded to immediately by the owner and sorted , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa as its location is lovely and quiet and there are supermarkets and shops /bars and restaurants within 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk on safe roads , beach is 8 min drive with some fabulous restaurants along it , will be booking this villa again without a doubt

A wonderful BIG villa. Plenty of space if you go with friends and kids. The communication pre arrival during our stay and on day of departure was the best I’ve had. 10 mins walk into the main square and if you don’t want to do the hill walk on way home loads of taxis Lovely pool and grounds where my boys played football. We hired a car for super market runs which was very useful and we’d suggest it. Wonderful holiday and I’d recommend it to anyone

What can I say, what an amazing villa!!! The pictures on the website don’t do it justice! First impressions from my daughter when we walked in were ‘are we staying in a mansion!?) and the bedrooms also didn’t disappoint with amazing views from most of the rooms and a very large beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area in itself was surrounded by beautiful flowers and the upkeep of the gardens were second to none with the gardener coming in most days to water plants etc. To be honest the only negative thing we could see was the actual pool is a little ‘tired’. Several tiles came loose when we were in the pool and at the deep end the tiles were a little green. There didn’t seem to be much chlorine in there either which could be some of the problem so maybe every few days someone could come in to maintain it? The square where the main shops and restaurants are were lovely the only issue was the big hill which was fine getting down, but after one attempt to walk back up we decided a cab back was definitely the way forward! All in all this villa is nearly faultless and we had an amazing week!! Communication with Francoise and Diego was also fantastic and any questions we had were responded to super quick. We would definitely recommend to anyone who asks and will certainly be returning ourselves.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. Located in a great area among some very exclusive properties and walking distance (10 minutes ) or a 2 minute drive to the Commercial Centre with a great selection of restaurants and 2 supermarkets.The open plan living area was ideal to get the family together , the kitchen was very well equipped and the outside BBQ worked great.The pool area was perfect , plenty of space and a great outdoor seating area. We'd love to come for another stay in the future. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. Family of seven (all adults) made lovely memories here. The pictures don't do this Villa justice it is enormous and absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and the BBQ. There are plenty of sun loungers and plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the villa. The area is so ideal as it has plenty nearby but is also so peaceful. The host is also excellent at communicating and made everything so straight forward for us. The pool could be doing with a little update as lots of tiles are falling off but this did not upset us too much. We would love to come back and visit again in the future. Thank you!

Very nice and well-equipped villa with plenty of space for 10 people. We especially appreciated the nice outdoor areas and the heated pool. Good location in a quiet street with beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or just a short drive away. Communication with Francoise and Macarena worked brilliantly.

The house was in a great location, very close to the beach, shopping center and restaurants. Home was great for families with a lot of open space indoor and outdoor; we definitely enjoyed the pool. Home was also well equipped with household amenities. Communication with the owner was great and he provided a lot of recommendations from restaurants to beaches. The communication with the property manager was slower than expected and the house could use a deeper cleaning. Despite that I would still come back to this area again and rent this home.

Fabulous family holiday for a 60th birthday celebration 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful villa with everything you could need home from home. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and great outdoor space for dining and chilling with a great pool which we all enjoyed. Great location although pushing a pram up the hill was a great effort ! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The location of the property and its outdoor space were amazing! For the number of people in our party, the villa is quite spacious. Privacy for the main bedroom’s en-suite does not exist so be aware. Our family had a great time and would definitely visit this villa again as it had much to offer. The host were very responsive and the house provided every amenity needed.

We had the best stay at the villa. We booked as a surprise family trip for my wife’s 60th including my two year niece and we absolutely loved the villa. It was even better in real life than the pictures. My granddaughter absolutely loved the pool! The communication we had from Francoise from the start till the end was great. Including answering any questions we had to giving recommendations to places to eat and things to do within Marbella. We were aware there was a hill to the property but it wasn’t too bad and we had rental cars so it wasn’t an issue, although I wouldn’t walk up it with a pram! All in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others and certainly come back again.

We had a great stay at this villa. Francoise was very helpful with information on local restaurants and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials which makes a big difference. We were a party of six adults, a couple of whom had to work remotely. This all went well.

We had a great week at the villa. The owner was quick to respond to any queries and the minor issues we had during our stay were dealt with promptly. The villa is very well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need on holiday.It feels more like a home than a holiday rental which we liked. The villa is spacious with a good outdoor space for barbecues and eating outside. We hired a car which was useful for our trips to Marbella and the golf courses. You can however walk to the local restaurants and supermarket and even the beach is within walking distance. We would recommend this villa for a family holiday

Would like to give a big thank you to Francoise for letting us stay in this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in photos. Would definitely recommend a car as ok walking down hill but quite hard work coming back up although not too much for the younger adults in our group. We would repeat prior guest comments. This is a fabulous villa - clean, great kitchen and cooking supplies, beautiful garden, great outside barbeque and in a quiet location but minutes from the little town of Elviria with its shops, restaurants and food market (Carrefour). We stayed for 2 weeks with our daughter, husband and their two teen boys. They had the downstairs bedrooms and we took the wonderful upstairs master suite. The communications with the owner was promptly answered both beforehand to clear up a few questions and during our stay to answer a few minor things. That was one of the clear pluses to this property. One note - the pool is not heated but can be for a weekly fee. Our stay was in early spring so we opted for heating. The owner graciously gave us the remaining 10 days of our stay for the weekly rate since it takes a day or two for the heat to work in. We highly recommend this property if you are looking at the Costa del Sol.

We had a fabulous holiday in Elviria in this stunning Villa. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, with dining space and a lounge area. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat too! The Villa is well equipped and the upstairs bedroom with en-suite is very grand. I would recommend a car, but with local taxis and Uber available you can’t go wrong to get around. We visited the water park and went into Marbella, but you can enjoy the local restaurants in Elviria too which are only a 10-15 minute walk away. The walk up the hill on the way back is a challenge, but a taxi will take you up the hill for around 5-7 euro. All in all I would highly recommend this Villa and location.

We have just spent a week at this beautiful villa. There were 10 of us staying there and there was plenty of space, we didn’t feel on top of each other. Communication before we went and whilst we were there was brilliant, we had a problem with the dishwasher which was fixed quickly. The walk to the square was down a steep hill so we got a taxi back. Would recommend Rokabar for food and drinks. We ended up getting taxi to the beach as a bit too far to walk. Would highly recommend this villa, it is in a lovely quiet location, perfect for a relaxed and chilled out holiday.

Everything about our stay at this fabulous villa was 5 star. Even before our arrival the interaction with the host and property manager was always straightforward and easy. The Villa itself was exactly as described and in some ways even better. There were 8 adults in our party for part of our stay and it was perfect. The open plan nature is stunning and meant that we all had ample space to relax and entertain. The location is great for exploring Elvira and also the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it and we are already thinking of planning a return visit.

We were very please with the layout of this property. The pool was lovely and please that pool towels were provided!! Although we did not know how far the nearest supermarket was (about 15 mins walk) we were please they did free deliveries! Also the walk into Elveria was down steep hill.....something guests should be aware of. Nice Restaurants nearby,

Fantastic week spent at this Villa. It is a large, spacious, beautifully looked after property, and is just a short walk to Elviria centre, which has a number of restaurants, shops and is near to the beach. Weather was great, but we heated the pool and the children had a great time. Francoise and the team were really helpful and were always on hand and contactable if needed to help with recommendations and any q's we had. They graciosuly allowed us to check in early as we had a member of the party who was on a walking stick and very tired after an early flight. Great touch!! I would recommend this Villa to all families and groups of people who are looking for a large, lovely place to relax, but close enough to the bigger locations on the coast (Marbella etc). We look forward to visiting again soon!

From start to finish, this property was perfect from the get go. We were greeted by Macarena who gave us the house keys and explained how everything worked. The house was handed over absolutely spotless and we had the best experience ever! The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, its location is perfect and the house is stunning! The villa is perfect. Absolutely beautiful and so so big! Plenty of space to accommodate two families. Sea view, private pool, an enormous balcony from the master bedroom and even a jacuzzi bath! There are shops/ bars/restaurants and a beautiful clean beach just two minutes drive away - or a 10 minute walk if you can be bothered with the hill climb on the way back! The villa is in a fabulous quiet location. The villa owner contacted us several times throughout our stay to ensure we were having a great holiday and the handover to collect the keys with the cleaning company was hassle free! The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy the perfect holiday and whilst the children were in the pool every day it wa s a little too cold for the adults! ( we stayed end of Oct!) we will definitely be booking to stay again!

The booking process was very easy and Francoise was responsive from the very start. An early check in was arranged for my family and I. When we arrived Macarena opened the property for us and showed us around the villa detailing how everything worked. The villa is stunning and the local area has everything you need just a short walk from the front door. The pool is a fantastic size and we spent hours having fun in it. The weather during our stay was fab so the BBQ area came in very handy. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the little town square so you don’t need to venture far although we did rent cars in order to daytrip to Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Mijas, Marbella, Puerta Banus and Fuengirola. The villa is easy to find once you come off the A7 and when you get there you are surprised with how well the property is furnished, it’s very comfortable and all a/c units work very well which was very welcomed due to the temperature outside. The gardens are well kept and alarm is very easy to arm / disarm each time you leave / return. I absolutely recommend this villa to any party looking for a private holiday in a comfortable retreat within easy reach of local amenities.

Der Kontakt mit der Hausbesitzerin und später im Verlauf mit der Haushälterin waren beide sehr freundlich. Wir haben einige Empfehlungen zu Restaurants, Massagen usw. in der Umgebung via whatsapp bekommen, welche sich auch ergänzend in einem Ordner im Haus befunden haben. Die Zimmer und Wohnräume sind sehr geräumig und man kann sich bei einem Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen gut verteilen ohne sich dabei gegenseitig auf die Füsse zu treten. Der Garten ist gepflegt mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Verweilen ein und wird ausserdem von einem Gärtner min. 2 pro Woche unterhalten. Für mediterranes Ambiente sorgen die schönen Orangen-, Oliven- und Avocadobäume. Unsere Kinder haben fast den gesamten Tag jeweils im Pool verbracht. Am Abend haben wir die Grillecke outdoor sehr genossen und auch die Nähe zu Marbella sehr geschätzt, um spanische Tapas gleich bei der Stadtmauer zu geniessen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Küche sowie Lichtquellen zwischendurch auf Funktionsfähigkeit überprüft werden müssten (1 Schublade in der Küche wackelig oder blockierend, Küchenoberlicht hatte Wackelkontakt und 1 Nachttischlampe ohne Kommentar). Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir würden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.
