Excellent location directly on a quiet and sandy stretch of Cabopino beach. As described in listing, the accommodation is basic and rustic, but comfortable. In warm weather the sea breeze and fans kept temperatures down. Plenty of space for families or larger groups: three bedrooms (plus a bunkbed adjoining room) in the main residence and an additional two bedrooms in the attached annex with separate entrance. Large garden with elevated direct ocean views over the boardwalk. Easy check in and accommodating check out. Good communication with host and local caretaker. Host working out issues in garden and maintenance. Wifi unreliable. Guests needing 5 star comforts should look elsewhere. Ideal place to relax with family and enjoy the sea.

Although the home was definitely on the beach. The location was amazing but the home had deferred maintenance. Two of the 4 windowless bathrooms had no lights in them. The dishwasher didn’t work and there was a major Ant problem inside and out. You could not sit at the outdoor table without getting bitten by ants. When we arrived the outside garbage was full and was covered with larvae. The sprinklers were going on and off 24/7 which left no water pressure in the house.
