Beautiful villa in Marbella (Elviria) with sea view 1 km from the beach of Nikki beach, the hotel Don Carlos and the Marriott and casanis beach with outdoor pool and a beautiful garden not overlooked.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms with double bed (10 people) 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge) and an outdoor Argentina barbecue and gas hob. There are 2 indoor lounges, 1 with open fire and 1 outdoor lounge, 1 indoor dining room and 2 outdoor dining rooms.
There is an alarm inside and outside.
Nearby restaurants and food stores (800 meters).

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Elvira for Christmas and New Years. Our host, Françoise, was very welcoming, excellent at responding to communication, and ensured that we had a lovely stay. The house was superb with all of the essentials needed to make it feel like a home for our stay. The location was perfect as we were only a short drive from a local supermarket as well as the beach. For me, the highlight of my stay was the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. I would highly recommend this villa.

Nice sea views from a spacious garden/pool area. Excellent communication with the host. Well stocked kitchen with plates and utensils for a large family. Inside parking for 2 midsize cars. Two dining tables inside and outside for up to 10 people. Walking distance to local beach and a 12 minute drive to Marbella beaches and old town

Lovely spacious villa, beautiful well maintained gardens. Added bonus of secure car parking. Not overlooked by properties. Kitchen well equipped.
