The house has three large bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed, a second bedroom also with a double bed and a third bedroom with two bunk beds plus an extra bed. Large living room, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a spectacular porch overlooking the countryside, the pool and the Sierra de Mijas. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning, as well as central heating by boiler and radiators. Covered parking area for several vehicles. A fantastic covered barbecue with a large central table, pantry, iron, refrigerator, etc. 9 x 4 pool. Bathroom with shower in the pool area.
In the garden area there is play area for children with swings and porter and a table pin pin on the porch.
