About this villa rental

This beautiful villa is a large 5 bedroom detached property with electric gated entrance with air cons, offers sensational views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a feeling of peace and tranquility, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Private pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols for those lazy days in the sun. There is a BBQ area equipped with a gas BBQ and outside dining table. A small orchard is located at the bottom of the villa where fruit trees and rear garden. There is a terrace with seating off the dining / kitchen area overlooking the valley perfect for morning brunch. The villa also has a games room equipped with a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Darts Board and a number of board games.

The Villa has Wi-Fi access through out and full satellite TV package with access to all Sky channels, a movie club which has access to all the latest movies available.

There is ample of parking. The villa is on 2 floors, the main floor comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with master bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin bedded rooms and a main bathroom. Hairs dryers are available.

Downstairs leads onto the games room and also has 1 double bedded room and 1 twin room with a chill out lounge with patio door onto the lower garden, a shower room and a utility room with washing machine. The villa is ideally located to access all main tourist areas, activities and golf courses within Costa Del Sol and provides everything you need for a great Villa Holiday all year round.

We visited for 12 days, and had an excellent time. The villa is exactly as advertised, and if anything larger in real life. There is ample outside room with a decent sized pool, very large bbq and outdoor seating area, large gardens, along with plenty sitting room on the wraparound porch. Internally there are five double bedrooms (one master) across two floors, three showers, four toilets. Good sized kitchen and indoor dining area, large lounge, and large games room (pool, darts, boardgames etc) downstairs, along with a further large room with a full sized table tennis table. There is a separate laundry room with plenty outside hanging space for washing.There is a long driveway with secure electric gates for privacy and security. The host is always contactable, and quick to respond.The villa is fairly unique in that is very quiet and completely private (i.e. no one can oversee you).The views from the villa are simply picturesque.Happy to strongly recommend this villa for family holidays, or a friends getaway.

I recently stayed at this amazing house with my family, and I can honestly say it’s the most fully-equipped vacation home we’ve ever been to. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by everything it offers. There’s a ping-pong table, a pool table, a dart board, tons of board games – you name it! The BBQ area is absolutely fantastic, perfect for family cookouts and long evenings outside.It’s truly a place you never want to leave – everything you need for fun, relaxation, and comfort is right there. That said, if you do want to explore, the location is ideal. The house is just 5 minutes from town, where you'll find incredible shops, local charm, and everything else you might need.As a small note for improvement, we felt that the general cleanliness of the house could be better. It's not a dealbreaker at all, but with a bit more attention to detail in this area, the experience would be absolutely perfect.We had an amazing time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Can't wait to come back!

We had a splendid time in the house. The owner could not be any more kind and flexible. The property is really well equipped! Kids loved the pool area and all the water toys provided. All the bathrooms and toiles were clean. The house isn’t new so we didn’t expect to shine but we were trying to keep all the necessary rules to keep ants and bees out of the house. I must say the front patio is a top spot for a sunsets in May! Morning coffee with the mountain view - just spectacular. The location is a plus. Just couple minutes drive from La Grande , close to the airport, Malaga and 26 minutes drive from a beautiful pueblo Mijas. Fresh lemons and juicy oranges straight from the garden: top notch! Big plus for a gas barberque.If I need to mark anything negative, it would be stairs to the lower level. You just need to watch the small ones but they can use the lower entrance.We would definitely choose this relaxing location one more time if we decide to go to Malaga. Price matches the value.

We loved the property. Loads of space. The pool was great and used alot. It wasnt heated but once you were in the water it was lovely. Games room was great. Home from home with kitchen amenities. Beautiful veranda for the evenings to watch the sunset. Tasty fresh oranges and lemons everyday from the trees in the garden. There are some ants about!Remote location and very private. Felt very safe there. A rental car is a must to get around. 35 mins to Torremolinos which is great for shopping, dining and lively atmosphere. Perhaps some up to date info about the town itself of Alhaurin el Grande. We only discovered the main area towards the end of our holiday. We would have definitely spent more time there if we had known it from the beginning. Would be useful to have google map links to places of interest.Our host Jo & caretaker Faye were very responsive to any queries we had. Its a beautiful Villa and we loved our stay there.

Lovely villa - very well equipped and comfortable. Peaceful location with beautiful views towards the mountains. Great pool, big table outside, shady areas and useful games room. Only a short drive to the town which has a good choice of bars and restaurants.

The villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very good communication with the host and when we had a problem with the aircon she fixed it straight away. We had an amazing time and I do recommend it.

The Villa was perfect from the welcome to the prompt response to any questions we had. The Villa was very well stocked with everything we would possibly need. The layout was great. The games room took us all back to our youth. The location so close to the village was really useful. Would recommend to anyone. Host and Villa exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

We stayed for 10 days in July 2023. It was really hot so the large pool, games room and undercover areas were a real treat. It is too far to walk to any shops or restaurants so a car is needed. We found it close enough to other beautiful towns such as Mijas. There are some really nice golf courses within 20mins drive. The town itself has some lovely restaurants- our favourite being Santiago’s. The Villa itself was actually bigger than the pictures show and for a family of 5 there was plenty of space. The air con in most rooms could do with a service as did not work brilliantly but have us relief from the hit nights.

We had amazing time in Alhaurin, the house is perfect getaway for large families or group of friends. It is equipped with everything necessary for relaxed and fun holiday, from the pool, barbeque, table tennis, even board games. Vila is spacious and in nice and quiet neighbourhood. Strongly recommended.

I was especially content with the fact that everything was in good shape and everything "worked". Not least the air conditioning.The house is very well equipped. There is good space for socializing both inside and outside. We might come back! Best regards, Lilian PS Please check that the bullets/metal balls placed along and balustrades are fastened. One fell off just near two of us standing in the garden just under the balconny.

We were a group of 9 ranging from 10 years old to 60 years old and we all loved this place. There was plenty of space for us all and the villa was very well equipped with everything you may need and more. Sue the manager was lovely and responded quickly and effectively to any questions we had. The near by town of Alhaurin El Grande has many shops and great places to eat and to suit any taste. Our highlight trip out was to the Sunview Park Málaga zip wire ride (1,350m long) in Alhaurín de la Torre. Great value for money at 25 Euros plus another 10 Euros for a head cam to record you. This was well worth the money as the cost for similar in Wales is £100. The food there was also great quality and value. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all of us.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Casa Del Valle. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean with a variety of outside seating and lounging areas. The pool too is excellent. It is short distance into Alhaurin with all its shops and restaurants etc. During the week we enjoyed scenic trips to Mijas and Benalmadena Pueblo(s) and to La Cala De Mijas where we took a lovely walk along the beach boardwalk to Riviera and back. All these (and Fuengirolla are less than 1/2 an hour drive. Sharon and Sue (our on-site contact) were easy to contact and helpful throughout. Thanks to both!

We were so impressed with Casa del Valle. A lovely, *huge* villa away from the hustle & bustle. Check in process was easy - Rachael was friendly and very helpful when our electrics were down. Lisa was great too, in the absence of Rachael, very accommodating and helped us when we were locked out!! One thing I would recommend is hiring a car or getting taxis - the heat is too much to walk into the town, it takes around half hour. There isn’t much in the town but El Fogon is a must if you like steak! Cabopino beach is a lovely day out if you fancy a trip, about half hour drive. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again!

We fell in love with the villa when we arrived. The villa is very spacious, clean, homey and it´s located in a beautiful place! We had four adults and two children ( 10 and 12 years old), the space was princely for everyone. We pick oranges from a beautiful garden and we made them a delicious juice. We swam in the pool every day. The swimming pool is clean and large. We played a lot of games like billiards and table tennis in the game room. If the kids wanted to watch the kids´programs, there were several different channels on tv. The summer kitchen was great! Sunsets looked gorgeous in the mountains. We are very pleased because we chose Alhaurin El Grande and a wonderful villa. Thank You!

We want to give a good honest review as we want you to be realistic about what you get for your money when you book this villa. We are sick of reading reviews that don,t match the accommodation that we are going to and people nit picky about stupid little things instead of enjoying the holiday they have come to enjoy. We have stead in some kips in our day and we have stead in some fantastic accommodation but the people around you would make it unpleasant to stay. This villa is a fabulous place to stay! We can not compliment Rachael the host' and Sharon the owner enough for there communication' advice' and service we received. We had one issue when we were there which was sewage backing up into toilets. After calling Rachael this issue was sorted in no time and after apology's from our host and on seeing what the issue was we feel we have to point it out here as it was not the owners fault or our hosts' because it is crystal clear from all information given to us and signs all over the villa that no Baby Wipes or Face Wipes should be flushed down the Toilet. However it was clear that previous Guests to the villa had done just that and blocked up the pipes. If we read and seen the signs why cant other people do the same? Yes this villa could do with a bit of TLC but nothing more than a lick of paint in places. There was 7 of us all adults and we spent most of our time at the villa as you have all you need to have fun play and just have the crack. The town is 30 mins walk away and if you like to walk you will love this. If not it was €8 for a 7 seater Taxi back or to Town. When we go back we may hire a car just for that little bit more freedom. Get the Food pack if you are landing late to make sure you have breakfast next morning. So Go Enjoy and don't let the material things destroy your holiday you wont get better accommodation.

TLC Spent 10 days in the villa with family & loved it......villa has everything you need but definitely needs a bit of TLC which would make it a more comfortable stay here......spent a lot of time cleaning but needs a deep clean to get rid of the cobwebs on windows & dead flies lying in corners of rooms, we were in the ground floor bedroom where air con does not work & the bathroom down there is a bit dated & dirty....power kept cutting out at least once a day meaning all air cons had to be reset in whole villa.....definitely need a car as location is rural & villa on a steep hill but would definitely stay there again if it was cleaned thoroughly....just needs a bit of attention to update it & it would be perfect Show less

The villa is big, but is laid out perfectly with kitchen, living room and terrace all on one level. Plus the pool is a good size and a real sun trap! If you like sunbathing, you can bathroom from early morning to late at night. The pool is lovely and it's convenient to the terrace and a toilet for the wee ones. The BBQ area is really good and is set up for the business of cooking. I can't praise this villa high enough and if you have a large group it's great value.

A great villa for our two families with children. Plenty of toys for the toddler, highchairs and travel cots for the babies. The views were stunning and lots of space to relax around the pool

A flood stopped us from entering the villa on the start date but the owner did a great job in arranging alternative accommodation and the local rep kept us well informed. Once we moved it exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful grounds with wonderful, far reaching views, a fantastic pool and a nice BBQ area with a huge outdoor dining area. We spent pretty much all of our time there outside but the little extras like the TV, pool table, table tennis and other games etc ensured everyone had something to do. The kitchen is well stocked, with a huge fridge. The beds were very comfy and the showers fantastic. Would love the opportunity to visit again at some point in the future.

We stayed for a lovely week in May 2016 in this lovely, spacious villa. There was enough space for our grown up children and their partners & our grandchild to do their 'own thing' or to come together as a family. The facilities were all great- lovely pool that my grandson adored! We also made good use of the table tennis- the whole family played several evenings on the table in the garden. We picked lemons & limes from the orchard to add to our 'Sangria'- shame the avocados werent ready! You definately need a car to stay at this villa- we had several trips into nearby Alhaurin which felt typically spanish and found everything to be reasonably priced. Would definately recommend!!

This is a lovely villa. Plenty of outdoor space. Nice size pool, with plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen is very well equipment, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and excellent cable TV provide with all the English channels, including all sports and movie channels and kids channels.Great games rooms. With plenty of things to keep you occupied. All bedrooms were comfortable.I found the owner very efficient, very quick to answer queries and I had a good customer service experience.My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and would recommend this property and Alhaurin el Grande.
