Spacious villa in a district of Cannes offering easy access to the center while being conveniently located to avoid the noisy part of town.
Situated on a green area of 1000 m², complete with olive, lemon, laurels and bamboos this home includes:
* Area 1 day 60 m² with living room (TV 55), dining room table with 10 place,
kitchen with center island (dishwasher, American fridge).
* 1 Sleeping with:
* 1 Master suite with dressing room, shower and WC.
* 1 Master suite with office, shower, bath and WC.
* 1 Bedroom with Bathroom.
* 2 bedrooms with dressing
* 1 Bathroom (shower and bath)
* 1 Studio 16 m² with shower room, WC and private terrace.

Stayed here for a week in August. Villa was as described, kids loved the pool and there's plenty of space. The villa was around a 20 minute walk to the marina and about 15 minutes walk to a real supermarket.
Overall was a positive stay
