The apartment was stunning from comfort inside and outside (balcony furnished with a lovely dining table and a bed-like couch...super appreciated after a long day in town!) to the beautiful view. Both rooms have AC and with open windows in the living room, the apartment always feels cool. Kitchen is super well equipped and host was lovely and left a refill of water and sodas. Very easy access from gate to apartment. Parking spot.
As we were there for the festival on the croisette, we felt it was a bit of a hassle to walk back as it is uphill and 20 minutes away. Taxis are easy to find, but needs to be planned in advance.

The view was great, and it was clean, bright, and well arranged inside. Nice calm area and nice building from the 60s. Very quiet in the nights despite being weekend. We walked to the beachfront in 15 min. Free parking. It was possible to leave/pick up luggage at the building entrance, direcly by the elevator. Friendly attentive owner.
One bed was on the short side. A little traffic noise could be heard from the balcony, but the road is far away, far below. The fridge was humming quite a lot. Quite a few steps down to the parking lot could be an issue for some.

This apartment was the perfect accommodation for my colleague and I traveling to the Cannes Lions festival. Two separate bedrooms, separate bathrooms, espresso machine, and the most gorgeous patio with a view of the sea. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the host was easy to communicate with and responsive. We were sad to leave!
