Outstanding hospitality, beautiful area, and friendly staff

The property was conveniently located in a beautiful small village and was just a short drive from the busy tourist towns. Also, the village has a LOT of bike paths and a nice park right across the river from the hotel. The building has a beautiful combination of traditional and modern decor and the breakfast area, terrace, and restaurant are also very pleasant and comfortable. The owners take time to get to know their guests, ask about their plans each day, and share recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area. Very personable and hospitable! The menu was also very innovative and unique - and the staff was very accommodating with gluten free options.

We would have been a little more comfortable if there were fans in the rooms. Also, would suggest renting out bikes at the property.

Excellent dinner.

Excellent restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Very nice hosts and staff. They try to change the old landaus-style to scandy - some parts like the restaurant and a small living room are very nicely redecorated.

I had the impression Corona harmed this property a lot. The pond is not really suitable for swimming, bathrooms and floors are quite old, otherwise everything was fine and they are trying their best.

Excellent hotel with great hospitality and breakfast.

The breakfast was great, the owner was very nice and the swimming lake was great. It was also very nice that there were several possibilities to sit in the evening with a coffee or tea. We also had the possibility to charge our electric car.

The last night we had a family in the room above us, we could hear them to good. The room itself was fine, but not very modern.

Great accommodation close to Chiemsee

Very responsive and helpful staff, but the owners have been also very customer-oriented, friendly and nice. Excellent facilities and food offer.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Gastgeber, jederzeit gerne wieder

Waren im Februar für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise beim Hammerwirt. Hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Betten waren bequem. Beim Checkin wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Zum Abendessen gab es die Möglichkeit aus einer kleinen Karte auszuwählen, diese war aber noch so vielseitig dass uns die Auswahl nicht ganz leicht fiel (mindestens ein veganes Gericht war auch auf der Karte). Frühstück war sehr lecker, alles dabei was man zum Start in den Tag braucht. Schön war auch das die Gastgeber beim Abendessen und Frühstück Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch hatten. Wir können uns gut vorstellen dort wieder zu übernachten, auch für mehr als eine Nacht.

Eine super Adresse auf der Durchreise nach Österreich!

Wir haben uns spontan auf der Fahrt nach Schladming entschieden, einen Zwischenstopp einzulegen und wurden vom Hammerwirt absolut begeistert. Super freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Essen und blitzsaubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Und am Morgen noch ein sehr leckeres und liebevoll zusammengestelltes Frühstück. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Restaurant war hervorragend und bot eine legere Atmosphäre. Viel Parkfläche, Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant!

-Der Teppich, war verschmutzt und nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. -Keine Laktosefreie Milch, auch nicht auf Nachfrage (Soja und Hafer ist bei Unverträglichkeit keine Alternative. - Glutenfreies Früchtebrot (süß) war als einziges zur Auswahl, auf Nachfrage nach Glutenfreien Brötchen oder Brot (auch Dinkel) wurde uns mitgeteilt das ein Brötchen 2,50€ kostet, da es extra aufgebacken werden muss. In der heutigen Zeit sollte diese Auswahl selbstverständlich sein.

Prachtige locatie, mooi huis, heerlijke bedden, rustige omgeving, zeer vriendelijk personeel, geweldig ontbijt.

Veel muggen en vliegjes binnen in de kamer, het is denk ik handig om horren te plaatsen. Locatie is omgeven door water. Ook was het vrij warm op de kamer, een plafondventilator zou heel fijn zijn. Ook hing er hier en daar wat spinrag aan het plafond.

Mooi ruim hotel met brede gangen. Kamers zijn prima en de badkamers zien er goed uit. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant is heerlijk en het ontbijt uitstekend.

Helaas liet het er het niet toe om te zwemmen in het meer, jammer.

Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Kellner und Chefin sehr freundlich. Schöne Terrasse und leckerer Schweinebraten.

Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Abends leider nur lauwarmes Wasser beim Duschen. Winziger TV- 'Bildschirm im Zimmer. Starker Essensgeruch im gesamten Gebäude. Noch verpackter Kühlschrank im Zimmer gelagert. Foyer macht einen etwas unaufgeräumten Eindruck.

Der Lärm der Straße/Durchgangsstrasse war doch etwas störend. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Super Landhotel mit sehr gutem Essen

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet und ein super Essen im Biergarten bei dem es gar nicht auszusetzen gab. Sehr gepflegte, große und saubere Zimmer. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. 🫠🫠🫠
