The team were great we had a problem with some stinky smell outside so to make us pleased they moved us to other room which were perfect spot
They seem to be not quite honest… first, they are telling that it is not possible to be in a villa with 3 kids, and we saw that they allowed a family to do so, regardless Second, generally, the policy of the hotel is not to keep specific rooms for reservation, and we found out that they did keep specific rooms (105,106) for guests What I want to say is that every guest is important, so if you decide on something, you stick with it for everyone
