Quality of Service of the personal al reception
- First to much money was charged and then it was corrected and checkout there was still something to pay. Very Chaotic!
- Baggage which was let at reception wasn’t found for over 30min of time ?!?!
- In general the time of checkin or processing people was very slow. All details from booking were again communicated and just checking time was 15 minutes.
- very few English speaking people at the reception
- Dinner restaurant quality food wasn’t good.
