The location is perfect for anybody looking to stay in Tatuapé, right across the road from the metro. It's also quiet at night and the facilities are decent.
I've stayed in this hotel several times and it's gone downhill significantly. The new girl on check-in is quite unpleasant (the older one is quite nice) and the food is very poor quality for what you pay. I believe the burgers in room service are JBS freezer pack burgers - not what you expect for 50 reais.
