Casetta molto comoda anche per 4 persone, con cucina attrezzata e bagno non piccolissimo.
Forse l’umidità della struttura, ma penso sia molto comune a La Spezia…

The apartment is big enough for three singles sharing bed or two couples. The beds are comfortable and the shower is big enough, hot and comfortable.
I like that there is a washing machine too.
I didn't like that there weren't enough cooking supplies like chopping boards and bread knives. There should be a toaster and better pans too. Providing servillets and cleaning cloths for the kitchen will be essential too.
Providing beach towels would be amazing too.
We also find it hard not having instructions to turn on the heaters as we wanted to dry our clothes faster.
The tv remote didn't have batteries so we had to use the ones from the aircon remote.
Be careful with the walls as my 80 year old dad hurt himself by scrapping his arm by accident.
