Las instalaciones y todo el interior estaba genial , recién reformado el apartamento , no le faltaba detalle. Muy cómodo , la ubicación estaba bastante bien y las indicaciones del propietario muy completas

Por poner alguna pega , tener en cuenta que el acceso final se hace por una escalera estrecha y si llevas maletas debes tenerlo en cuenta . Además el olor de la entrada del edificio era un poco desagradable. Aunque entiendo que no depende de ellos

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in La Spezia! The location is perfect—just a 15-minute walk to the port and a 20-minute stroll to the central station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. What I loved most was the tranquility of the neighborhood; it’s not overly crowded, allowing for a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the building houses a fantastic pizzeria and a restaurant on the ground floor. I highly recommend dining there; the food is exceptional, and you won’t regret it! Dario, the host, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He welcomed us an hour before check-in, which was a blessing after a long day on the road in 34-degree heat. Thanks Dario!! Overall, this place exceeded my expectations.

Great apparent and the host was very helpful & friendly.

Nothing to complain about. Perhaps the couch bed could make less sound with w40 oil.

Appartamento grazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. Dario, l’host, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio!
