The value, location, bathroom, comfort was good
Breakfast wasnt available, and the common areas were not very clean or tidy

Don Manuel, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We had two spotless rooms on the second floor. The best hot shower I’ve had in Guatemala. We could eat our breakfast downstairs and heat drinks etc. in the microwave.
The downstairs eating area could do with an upgrade as it was very basic.
