Views are stunning, location was excellent. Patio is superb

Bed and pillows weren’t great but value for money is absolutely there.

The location is excellent as peaceful right on the lake front but also very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, a few minutes walk away. Each room has a lake view. Only 7 mins walk to the pier for boats. The room is very clean, excellent lake views and spacious with terrace to sit and relax. Impressed as I left room for Semuc but went back when empty 5 mins later and the double bed was on its side ready for the floor to be thoroughly cleaned. Shower has good hot water. I would have scored hotel even higher but the shared kitchen could have been cleaner. Room very clean but kitchen sink needed cleaning better. Would be good to have a clean dishcloth and tea towel each day. Also clean table cloth every few days. Large shared fridge-freezer very clean. Best to bring own matches/lighter as otherwise you need to keep asking to borrow each time. The hotel is very good value for money. I liked San Pedro the more I got to know it. Very good restaurants and cafes and healthy food. The hike up the Indians nose is very good, 40 mins up and super sunrise views. Take warm layers. San Marcos had more of a hippie vibe and great reserve but I prefer San Pedro. Eagles Nest in San Marcos has super views. I'm in my 50s and was concerned San Pedro too much of a party place but quiet too and I like it. Lake water not great for swimming - google it. San Marcos cleaner water but still not great, although many do swim and the water looks lovely. Thank you Gladys and Partner? I had a great stay :)

Cleaner kitchen sink. Would be good to have clean dishcloth and tea towel to dry plates each day and clean table cloth every few days. Provide matches for the kitchen there all the time. The tap in my room squirted, not run well. Shower was very good and hot. Room very clean and fridge/freezer is very clean.

It's not clean; there are too many flying insects.

The location was good and convenient.

The owner was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, the stay did not feel pleasant.
