Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités, face à une petite plage idéale pour les enfants et à 1,5 km de la vieille ville.

Ευρύχωρο, καλά εξοπλισμένο με ωραία θέα στην θάλασσα.
Χρειάζεται κλιματιστικά στα υπνοδωμάτια.
Οι ανεμιστήρες δεν λειτουργούν σωστά, αν και δεν σώζουν την κατάσταση.
Η θέση του, επί του κυρίως δρόμου για Ρέθυμνο, θορυβώδης , αν και στα υπνοδωμάτια δεν ακούς τίποτα.
Τα στρώματα είναι παλιά, χρήζουν αλλαγής.
Φέτος με την οικοδομή δίπλα, κάθε πρωί μας ξύπναγαν τα .... κομπρεσέρ.
Θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπήρχαν περισσότερα χαρτιά υγείας,σακούλες σκουπιδιών, λίγο απορρυπαντικό πλυντηρίου, και ίσως λίγος καφές .

Insgesamt schöne Wohnung mit gute Lokation, ung. 20 min zu Fuß bis zum Altstadt. Ein kleines Strand ist auf die andere Seite von die Straße. Lebensmittel Geschäft zu Fuß erreichbar, klein frei Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Sehr laute Lage, Nacht und Tag kann man nicht schlafen. Sehr, sehr laut! Die Wohnung braucht dringend Renovierung. Die Möbel sind moralisch sehr alt, ausgenutzt, die Fenstern und Balkontür nicht dicht, deswegen ist in Wohnung sehr laut. In die komplette Wohnung gibt es ein Geruch nach alte, ausgenutzte und nicht saubere Möbel und Räume.
