Good location, great view
I changed the dates for my visit, from 4 to 3 nights, which was confirmed ok by management.
However, when requesting a refund, I didn't get any response, even after several reminders.
Now, almost 3 month later, I'm still waiting for an answer, or having the issue resolved by Booking.com Customer Services.

location was good, the view from balcony was nice. Unfortunately during our stay it was super windy so we didn't experience a beautiful sunny breakfast on the balcony.
The absence of host or staff was not expected but everything went smoothly. self checking was convenient and easy.Maybe having some coffee filters would be nice.

L emplacement et la vue sur le fort sont vraiment top, le parking gratuit et la terrasse.
Le personnel est disponible et arrangeant (la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas ils se sont occupés de tout laver et étendre).
La propreté est bonne (sauf le rideau de douche).
Assez bruyant, on a l'impression d être dans le couloir à chaque va et vient si les gens sont bruyants ou claquent les portes.
Le matelas n etait pas de bonne qualité ou trop vieux, la clim fonctionne quand elle a le temps, la piscine est froide on n'a pas pu en profiter,...
