The flat was spacious and very tastefully furnished,with a view to the host's garden. She was really welcoming and helpful, gave us tips what to visit during our short stay, and even supplied us with some vegetables from her garden. We felt very much at home and would happily stay there again. Another plus was the bus stop just outside the door, so we could travel into the town centre in less than 30 min.

It has a quite big living room and kitchen. The property is quite clean. She was trying to be nice to me and gave a piece of chocolate and sparkle water, a small bottle of wine as gift.

The location is almost at the edge of the Trier city. The bus to there quit complex. It said No. 3 and No. 83 bus to there but only part of No. 3 and No. 83 bus to there. You have to pay attention to the destination of the bus. most of the bus drivers there do not speak English. I took a wrong No. 3 bus after asked several drivers of No. 3 bus at the train station. I had to walk 1.1 km dragging luggage up slow hill to the apartment after the bus driver suggested me to get off in the middle. I took train and bus and walk, was very very tired to get there but she said she told me the room would be ready at 3pm. I have to go outside shopping to wait until she finish cleaning because she could not give me a space to sit and rest for a while. The bed is big but is surrounded by walls and cabinet. It is not very convenient to climb on the bed. It has a kitchen but the spices/seasoning are poor. Though the hostess told me that I could ask her if I had any needs her English is not good and I want to be easy hence I did not attempt to do so. The price for such apartment without breakfast is quite high compared to the hostel. I think at least I have somewhere to sit and wait before the room ready if it were a hostel.

Lovely stay in a lovely flat with a lovely host

Very helpful and friendly host. When we had difficulty getting into the flat at midnight after going to see a film she was happy to help. (Door just stuck a little, needed to be pulled towards you while turning key - we felt a bit embarrassed to have asked but she was very nice about it.) Flat was very comfortable and even nicer than the pictures. Even came with a DVD and BluRay player which was very useful for us. Plenty of kitchenware and even two coffee machines, dishwasher.

A more powerful lamp might have been nice just because it was quite a dark weekend due to being overcast. Not a big issue at all though.

Rustig en in alle comfort genoten van de oudste stad van Duitsland.

Alles was piekfijn in orde. Er was zelfs een klein welkomstpakketje voorzien met een hapje en een drankje. Goeie lokatie, rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij Trier.

Wir hatten wegen der Lage der Ferienwohnung und der Vermieterin einen erholsamen Urlaub

Die Vermieterin hat uns nett empfangen, uns in unsere Ferienwohnung geführt und alles erklärt. Bei Fragen stand Sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Den Gartenbereich durften wir mitbenutzen. Ein großer Vorteil war, daß die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe lag. Der Bus fuhr alle 15 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum, bzw zum Bahnhof. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.

Es lief alles perfekt und es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Ruheoase etwas außerhalb von Trier

- Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, in der wir uns direkt wohl und zuhause gefühlt haben - Wundervoller Garten, ruhig, mit viel Vogelgezwitscher, lädt zum Entspannen ein - Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, sodass man entspannt in die Innenstadt kommt --> Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
