We would stay here again for sure.

Ideal for us as a couple in the area to visit friends and renew memories of the area. Overall property was very good, good shower, excellent bedroom, kitchen had all that we needed. Parking was available which was important for us.

As above parking was available however it was in a narrow lane and it was quite difficult to park/reverse up the lane. Kitchen utensils and equipment was all there however the cooker at first glance did not look great. Corridor between living area and bedroom was quite cold, it was January, so dont forget your slippers. We arrived 2 days after a major storm and Electicity was intermittent, no fault of the host but dont forget this is rural Cornwall.

A perfect holiday location

If you want to visit and discover the gardens ,historic houses or just enjoy the Countryside around Falmouth and the Lizard this is a perfect place to stay. Little Trewin is a well equipped,cosy and quiet property perfect for 2 people in Ali,the hostess was jolly,helpful but unobtrusive.The weather was perfect so all in all we had a magical time in Cornwall ( next to England !! ) We will come again John

It was an excellent property. Easy location to the sea, the town .. the area around it was fantastic.. honestly we have been visiting the area for 15 years and it’s the best place we have ever staid . Gorgeous garden,, if its available I highly recommend this apartment xx

Fantastic property, location and lovely hosts.

Idyllic location and great property in a quiet village with private parking and entrance. Local community have different events on in the village hall next door and were so welcoming. Great shop, pub and fish & chip shop a couple of miles away in Praze-an-Beeble a couple of miles away.

Lovely cottage.

Delightful little cottage for a short stay. Very comfortable bed. Not far from beaches and other amenities. Would love to return in the summer and have breakfast next to the very pretty pond. Oh and don't forget Lucy...the very friendly cat.

A lovely cottage.

A lovely cottage located in a small quiet Cornish village. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were comfortable. Ali, the owner, left some coffee, tea bags and sugar for us. The outdoor furniture allowed us to relax in a nice private garden next to a pond. Our parking space was just outside the gate to the property's garden. Good Wi-fi.

It was lovely to get away, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Loved the cottage, but it’s tired and needs re vamping. The bed is incredibly hard. And there is a smell of damp. We did like it, but just needs a bit of love.

Beautiful retreat

The location was ideal for beach trips, great little property with kitchen facilities, garden and fantastic shower. The host was superb throughout providing us with local tips and directions. All in all, it was exactly what we hoped for and more.

Lovely stay, id use again

Nice comfortable small bungalow, large bedroom, small kitchen and living area, and hot shower, very clean, freeview tv, internet worked fine

Located at a small village, no pubs or restaurants in walking distance..but kitchen is well equipped and location is fine if your using it as a base to look at other parts of cornwall, st ives and st michaels mont are easy to get too by car
