Hednes Barn

Hednes Barn is a very recent property. It has been very well designed and built - says my partner who is an architect and interior designer. As an engineer and DIY man I praised the high level of finishing!. You find superior to IKEA items and appliances in the house. It includes a combined washing machine / dryer that proved to be very useful. Everything was spic and span and operational. The price is very affordable as opposed to other Cornish locations and you need to take you car to any nearby facilities, but that's how you discover Cornwall. The hosts left clear indication on the location and how to collect the keys. The barn itself is located to a larger barn meaning that there is nearly no sight but that's absolutely fine as the idea is to discover the compelling surroundings. We also appreciated the quietness at night. We'll certainly come back whenever we plan a trip in the neighborhood.

Not a bad word to say, very close to Helston which has Tesco/Lidl and a great gym for those interested. Also a nice, quiet town for a morning walk. The surrounding area is completely silent which is absolutely ideal for a couple or anyone staying away for work. All rooms modern, bathroom I believe has heated flooring which was an added bonus! Kitchen fully equipped for those who like to do their own cooking or bring their own food to warm up. Sofa was comfy, TV was the perfect size, great wifi to make up for the poor signal in the area (nothing new for Cornwall!) Small outside area with an outdoor table and seats, I imagine the sunlight is great here for most of the day (I was here for work so unfortunately unable to experience this)

The only bad thing I can say is that I was here for work and not leisure!!

A fantastic little gem, in such a quiet a peaceful location. A very well presented property, Exceptional facilities, and kept to a extremely high and clean standard. Definitely a home away from home.

Clean and comfortable, pretty barn, nice decor, and a good range of equipment in kitchen, a large shower room with soft towels was a plus. Good communication from hosts with clear instructions to locate and park.
