Location was central to the harbour.
It's a pity no separate bedroom but it was still perfectly fine.

Its a great location to head into the village
The building works next door weren’t exactly pleasing to the eye but building works never are!

Despite the fact the chalet was "very" small it was clean and the facilities were well packed in.
The position and outlook of the chalet was awful and cannot be classed in any way as a "finest retreat".
It was in a scruffy back alley over looked by many houses. The building next door was a building site with work going on the whole time we were there.
I booked this short stay for my husband and I as our daughter recently passed away and we needed some quiet down time alone. On reading your company's name I thought it would be ideal......how wrong I was!

It was clean
A lot of building work going on next door was very, very noisy

Nothing exceptional
Location not as I pictured from the Initial picture shown View from doorway looks down a rough alleyway and facing onto rear of other properties The a joining property had major building work being carried out although this was kept to a minimum The bathroom sink was useless with a cabinet sticking out

Great location
Very small, should of read the measurement size of the property before booking. Property situated on a back unkemp lane . Weeds overgrown, no view accept for the back of other awful looking properties. Very expensive for a 4 night stay.

Well located, immaculate condition, easy to use. And everything works well.
Parking is only okay.

Great location and modern furnishings.
On arrival (February) the room was cold and took a few hours to reach a comfortable temperature.

The location was fantastic, close to lots of amenities & lovely places for a nice walk.
You have to create an account to another firm & download it before your stay. It was extra hassle. You are expected to wash everything you used up & dry & put everything away,if not, you get charged as the hold £100 deposit for a week. It is put in writing that if you are late checking out by a minute & hold the cleaner up,again they will charge you. You are met by nobody & when we had the big issue of not being able to take a shower,I contacted all 4 numbers provided & not 1 person answered or has bothered replying to messsges!!. Everything has to be returned to exactly how you found it,including the not so easy pull down bed. It's a very cramped space, can't unpack your belongings, nowhere to put it. The shower was horrendous!!. It goes from freezing cold to scolding hot in seconds, impossible to actually have a shower & a very big concern if you have a young child with you for safety reasons. Their written advice is let it run for a few minutes to prevent the fluctuation in temperature....this doesn't prevent it or do any good! Bathroom sink is inaccessible to everything apart from your hands,as the corner mirror blocks you from being able to wash your face. The bed was uncomfortable,a solid hard mattress made it impossible to have a good night's sleep. Their is minimal cutlery & crockery. There was however tea bags & sugar, but not even 1 pint of milk to tie you over until you can get to a shop. Overall a very disappointing & and overcharged stay. Not sure why they hire a cleaner as you have to do absolutely everything yourself. You're conscious of what you should use or move in case it's not put back exactly how they had it. You want to come away & relax, but you can't, as you're worried you will get charged if you miss 1 thing & it ruins the break. Won't be returning anytime soon!!.

The location was excellent and the studio nicely decorated the hosts had left milk biscuits all condiments toilet paper foil bin bags washing up liquid shampoo conditioner toothbrushes
It was ultra compact 4 metres by 4 metres in its entirety looked a lot bigger on photo, but it did state the size on booking, my fault entirely. it’s situated in a back alley not a private terrace as stated which unfortunately had a lot of dog poo, I was constantly having to pick each morning so I didn’t step in it, not the owners fault but up a back alley where the door entrance was there were uncaring selfish holiday makers surrounding us who just didn’t care. The pictures show a sofa and a bed but it is a small pull down sofa which turns in to a bed, very uncomfortable, it was very stuffy in the room as no ventilation so uncomfortable when warm weather, very poor small extractor fan in the bathroom which was insufficient and the towels get quite damp and musky after a few days shut in there.

Great studio with everything you could possibly need. Access to the property was nice and easy and walking into the local town was a few minutes away. The studio itself was lovely and clean very comfortable.

Like a great ‘tiny home’ - had everything we needed in a great, quiet location. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of ‘bits and bobs’ there we wouldn’t have expected. Things like washing up/ cleaning stuff you often need to go and buy were already there. ( as were tea / milk etc). The space is small but well thought through. Comfortable temperature. Heated towel rail that dried wet towels/ swimmers. We got street parking close by. Easy walk to harbour. Pleasant outside area. Great value and would return.
The ‘private’ patio seating area is not as private as indicated - is completely open to the ‘alley’ / backs of other properties/ walkway. As it goes, it was nice to say hello to the neighbours/ the few people who walked past but was not as expected.

The cleanliness and design of the property.
I found the bed a little hard on the first night, but soon got used to it.

Great location, property was tidy and clean and they left us some lovely biscuits and a few things in the fridge :-)
Possibly an issue with humidity which was building up during the night due to lack of ventilation. With the door slightly opened it seemed to resolve.

it was very well instructed so i knew exactly what to do. there were extra details e.g. shampoo/conditioner which were great.
took me a while to figure out how to turn the shower on! maybe a sign or a note to say the switch is outside ?

Lovely little studio apartment in central Porthleven with easy access to restaurants/pubs/harbour/beach. Quite small inside but space was used well but there isn't a great deal of storage. Just enough room for our (big) dog to sleep. Easy to access and find with What3Words and easy to get in with key lock box plenty of parking on Thomas Terrace but we did stay in January. Can imagine very busy in summer. Very clean and tidy with lovely welcome of milk in fridge and tea/coffee in jars as well as a support number if we needed it. Porthleven was gorgeous in the January sunshine and we loved and long walks along the coastal path to Loe Bar and Mullion and the Ship Inn is a fantastic retreat post exercise!!
I personally found the mattress too hard, but my partner was fine with it. With 2 keys and keyring we found it very difficult to fit the keys back in the lock box everytime we left. These are only minor gripes though and it was a lovely stay.

It was a bit hard to find on google maps, kept sending us around the block. Might be easier if the hideaway sign was facing the street instead of tucked in the little alley

Directions on three little words & instructions were a nightmare in dark & rain, summer evening would have been easier, but smallest sign, hidden pathways covered with rubbish, we arrived 715 didn’t find till 8.30 , to make things worse wasn’t wheel chair accessible, so took even longer, hopefully this will help you advertise to other guests, we feel we were totally miss sold and had hardly any sleep and had to take extra medication,
Advertising for fit and able guests be better, prepared to clean on arrival & departure, also sink is a no go so brush teeth & shave in shower, please advertise as is so people aren’t disappointed, such a shame as so looked forward to it, I believe we have been miss sold & even told Emma I was disabled, I believe we are entitled to money back as so many things were not explained or avoided, as a host I would want honest feed back ,Advertisement misleading, sorry . Look forward to hearing back from you with honest feedback, please.
No parking when advertised!
Lack of details in description!
Roof window let’s in cat etc.
Bathroom unusable to brush teeth & shave.
Couldn’t unpack!
No storage,
Had to leave coats , shoes , blankets , rain clothes wellies in car!
Had to leave box of food in car aswell,
Also bed was really a challenge to pull down so once down stayed down, so even more challenging to get about.
Neighbours blocking path with rubbish
Had to clean on arrival,
Would appreciate your feed back,

the location and its new and fresh, close to everything and could park in a street nearby. Neat little kitchen and lovely table and chairs to sit outside
the bed was so hard, so we left a day early and the towels start to smell musky after 4 days wouldn’t have fancied them for another day

Beautiful studio in a lovely location. perfect size for us plus one small dog. Very clean and everything was thought of including providing all the essentials that one would need.

The location was perfect and exceptional for the price! The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We had some lovely biscuits left for us when we got there and the kitchen was filled with condiments and other things such as milk.
The only critique I have is the parking situation as we did have to drive around to find a suitable space.

Location was perfect, easy access to the centre of Porthleven & also great walk around Loo Pool.
Nothing to dislike & will definitely consider returning to this Studio apartment.
