Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.
Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.
Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 4 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .
The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free
The price includes:
-Consumption of Water, Electricity, Gas,WI-FI Internet and air conditioning
- bed linen and towels
-Final cleaning
The train station of Campofelice is just 300 meters' walk from the villa. Several bars and restaurants can be found within 400 meters on the promenade. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters from the villa.

We had a great place to enjoy Sicili. Close to the beach, BBQ, washmachine availble.
Only negatif thing is that you can hear the next house very good.

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt einem gute Reisetipps in der weiteren Umgebung. Der Strand ist durch die Einfahrt über die Strasse entfernt. Dieser ist recht steinig, so dass wir nach Cefalu und überall auf unseren Touren zum Baden gefahren sind. Cefalu als Stadt und der Strand ist mega. Besonders war dieset für unsere 3 Kinder geeignet. Mit dem Auto 24 km entfernt. Schöner Flair und nicht so runter und dreckig wie Palermo. Das Haus ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zum Kochen und Essen war Alles da. Freundliche Nachbarn gab es dazu. Mückennetze in jedem Zimmer wären als einziges nicht verkehrt. Ich würde beim nächsten mal eins mitnehmen und an der Lampe festhängen. Bin da aber auch sehr sensibel. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur als positiv bezeichnen. Mit dem Zug nach Palermo geht es 10 min entfernt per Zug völlig unkompliziert. Die Kinder wollen gar nicht mehr heim....

Villa très agréable , spacieuse près de la mer , bonne literie . Véranda pour prendre les repas pas négligeable . A savoir chambres en sous/sol , claustrophobe s'abstenir . Emmenez vos casseroles une pour 7 personnes .....Promiscuités avec les voisins veut dire bruits divers jusqu'à une heure très avancée dans la nuit , aboiement de chiens et la musique du club sur la plage envoie des décibels jusqu'à 3 heures du matin .
Conclusion ! Cette location est faite pour les jeunes . Sinon bien placée pour faire les excursions , près de Cefalu jolie ville et Compofélice bien agréable .
