Villa Tea is a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery in Mondello, a fishing village famous for its long beach and crystal clear sea. The villa is perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday but with the possibility of reaching both the fantastic and full of history of Palermo center and the beautiful village of Mondello in a few minutes.
Villa Tea is located in a prestigious residence with a 24-hour doorman, extending over a large area of lawn of about 1800 square meters.
What is immediately striking is the well-kept garden, with many varieties of roses and jasmine, which with their scent create a magical atmosphere.
The swimming pool, 7 meters x 12 meters, is surrounded by a comfortable solarium with sun beds, ideal for enjoying the fantastic Sicilian sun. A spacious porch with sofas, armchairs and a dining table for those wishing to spend their days in a cool and relaxing environment. Always outside BBQ with a comfortable and spacious dining area.

The city of Palermo with its monuments is about 12 km from Mondello, reachable in a few minutes by car, as well as Monreale, known for its Cathedral covered with Byzantine mosaics.
The Falcone-Borsellino airport is about 19Km.

Myself and a group of friends stayed here in September. Claudia was accommodating of our check-in time and was at the villa when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the house and offered to show us the neighbourhood (which is a gated residential community), and also offered to drive us to the local supermarket for our first shop.
The outside of the villa is perfect and very well maintained. The pool is large and a maintenance man visited twice during the stay to care for the pool (although we would have appreciated a message to warn us he was coming as it was a surprise in the morning). There is plenty of group seating, and the BBQ/pizza area is lovely. We had a fun night (trying) to make pizzas!
The inside of the property is very big with an unusual layout. We had plenty of space for our group, but feel there are a few areas that could be improved. For example, the beds, pillows, and towels could be better quality and the showers could be updated.
Also, one morning we woke up and there was no running water. Claudia arranged for plumbers to come to the property, and the issue was resolved within a few hours.
A few notes about the local area. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk away, but the route is not really designed for walking and it would be safer/easier to hire a car. Mondello beach is a 40 minute walk from the villa. Palermo is a 15-20 minute drive away. Be wary of getting into a taxi without clearly agreeing the price beforehand, as we had an incident during the holiday where a driver tried to charge an extortionate amount.
Overall we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay at the villa, but feel a few updates should be made to the interior of the property to meet the high standard of the beautiful garden and pool.

The stay in Mandello was awesome and our host Claudia was very kind. She did a great job with all the service she provide to us. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area with everything you need in the near. We have been 9 people who were enjoying the stay there. We are recommending it 100%.

This home was fabulous! From start to finish Claudia was a great hostess. Our family went to Sicily this past December. We are all originally from Southern California and even though we knew it would be cold in Sicily, we were not prepared! Claudia cranked up the heat and brought extra blankets! It turned out that she set the temperature of the house perfectly and we never even used the extra blankets! Ample towels were provided but Claudia showed up with a second round of clean towels and clean sheets half way through our stay. We did not use the pool but it was gorgeous and we appreciated the beautiful view. The citrus trees on the property were full of fresh fruit and although provided by Mother Nature, we thought it a nice touch. The property was perfectly tended to an beautifully landscaped. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was a perfect size and we used it frequently. She even taught us how to make coffee in her percolator! The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, my family and I loved staying in this beautiful Sicilian home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for lovely as well as comfortable accommodations! Thank you Claudia for making such an important part of our visit to Sicily available to us!

Villans trädgård och pool var mycket fin. Den övre våningen var bra men den nedre våningen saknade air condition och var inte fräsch. Vi kunde inte använda den nedre våningen. Hyresvärden var väldigt hjälpsam och området var tryggt och säkert. Man behöver bil då man hyr detta hus,
