Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.
Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.
Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 4 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .
The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free
The price includes:
-Consumption of Water, Electricity, Gas,WI-FI Internet and air conditioning
- bed linen and towels
-Final cleaning
The train station of Campofelice is just 300 meters' walk from the villa. Several bars and restaurants can be found within 400 meters on the promenade. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters from the villa.

We had a great place to enjoy Sicili. Close to the beach, BBQ, washmachine availble.
Only negatif thing is that you can hear the next house very good.

Everything was perfect: it was our second time here and we enjoyed our stay.
Its a huge villa and we had enough space, also for the car. Everything works, the Wi-Fi, the electric household appliances, and everything was clean. The villa is placed less than 1 minute from the beach, what is very comfortable.
There is everything you need in the house to spend nice holidays and Nino gave us useful tips and was very helpful. So everything was very easy with his help.

The best part of this home was its location. Short walk to the beach, and a nice bar and gelato place (the only restaurant on the beach that was open during our off-season stay). There were several beach restaurants within walking distance that we assume would be open during high season. It was an easy drive into Ceflau (15 minutes) and quick access to the highway to Palmero (45 minutes away). Nino was very accessible in case of any problems (we had none). The house was cute and clean. It was fairly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and other items needed to cook meals, but you will need to buy even the basics like salt, pepper, and oils for food.

The house was well kept and the kitchen well equipped. There is a patio with comfortable lounge chairs and the outdoor porch has a table and chairs where you can have a meal. The proximity to the beach was wonderful we could go late in the afternoon after visiting surrounding area. Nino was very accommodating and helpful. The train to Palermo or Messina can be taken at the Campofelice station. This was a very relaxing vacation.
