The private pool is available year-round (from 01/01 to 31/12), and there is also a barbecue area for cozy summer evenings. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation or celebrations with family and friends.

The communal areas in the villa are designed for comfort and socializing. The spacious living room features cozy seating arrangements and entertainment with a flat-screen TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, enabling you to easily prepare meals for your guests. The dining area invites you to share meals and engage in warm conversations.
