Was a tidy nice clean apartment Had a washer/ dryer Was on the first floor so not many stairs. There was a one man/bag lift but it didn’t always come. Nice eateries/ cafes across the road Supermarket and boulangerie down the end of the street and across the road

kitchen was small so no where to put your food etc. Cutlery in a pick up unit in high cupboard apartment needed some upkeep Bathroom very small Toilet in a cupboard type area in the lounge - no ventilation Have no idea why a €1000 bond was charged as it was just a normal apartment.

Ubicación buena, con múltiples líneas de metro, a 30 min a pie de Notre Dame. La calle muy tranquila. Cama y sofá-cama cómoda, cocina bien equipada. Ideal para familias (para amigos tened en cuenta que el WC etá en el salón). Acogedor con decoración no excesivamente moderna.

Se exige un crédito excesivo para de fianza, que puede ser incluso mayor que la estancia, y es necesario para tenerlo en cuenta con el banco si ya has pagado los vuelos y los alojamientos.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is located on a lovely and quiet street, while many of the main attractions can easily be reached on foot. There are also several metro stations nearby, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Our host was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris!

The only thing we did not particularly like was the €1,000 security deposit, as we had to wait for it to be released after check-out. We understand the reason for the deposit, but we found the amount quite high and the waiting time for its return a little inconvenient.

Location, Romain was very kind and punctual. We were allowed to check in earlier and leave our luggage in the office as our flight was late.

There was no information about the city taxes and the tax that you arrive in Sunday. This should be communicated in advance, when making a reservation in booking
