The beds are super comfy, the location is walking distance of shops and restaurants. Gardens beautifully kept and pool was good size for a family, outside eatting area was very practical and shaded well for the kids. Plenty of sunbathing beds and places to sit outside. Pizza oven outside kitchen area is a bonus on nicer days who wants to stay cooking indoors. We booked on the day and the owner made sure villa was ready and met us there to say hi was a nice personal touch. Air con available plus a hairdryer and iron nice and convenient. Also safe available.

The kettle has had its day the lid kept falling off, the pan handle is bearly staying on, so couldn't use that either. The shower heads are blocked with limescale. There is an ants nest behind plug socket near patio doors so they would be all over wall and sofa in the afternoon.The shower floor even with mat is slippy by daughter fell so maybe better mat as the design is beautiful stone everywhere but more damage when kids fall on it.

Swimming pool, local amenities excellent corner shop, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to beaches short and comfortable. Great view of the mountains and coast. Views of the aeroplanes landing on beaches and view from the garden great, no noise effects. Great supply of bath towels, cleaners great. Decor and presentation internal good, garden space good.

The pool lights at night stopped working about 4 days before we left. The pool needed daily cleaning, the pool cleanet turned up before we left. Nowhere to put the sun lounger cushions to prevent them from getting wet in the rain. The view of the sea could be better, trees in the way. Basement stairs quite dangerous, needs a nightlight at the bottom step. Kitchen small, needs more workspace. No saucepans for coolking. More teaspoons required. Only one key available for 4 residents. Bedsheets downstairs too small for bed. Freezing cold at night no blankets available. Puddles of water appearing in the morning in the basement bedroom (slip hazzard) had to keep the window closed. There should be a secure big bin for self catering, protected from stray cats. Minimal signposting on arrival late at night, taxi driver found it difficult to locate.

הוילה מצוינת, חסר בה מספר דברים קטנים שישפרו אותה מלהיות טובה ל מצוינת- 1. מכונת כביסה שחסרה בוילה - במחירים כאלה המתקנים צריכים להיות טובים יותר 2. שטיחים בבית- יש רצפת איפוקסי וזה גורם להחלקה כאשר יש בריכה בחוץ זה יקרה לכן הייתי שם שטיחים 3. חסר תאורת חוץ שתגרום לנוחות בשעות החשיכה 4. הבריכה לא מספיק מתוחזקת ויש בה לכלוכים

הכל היה מעולה , עם זאת חסרה תחלופת מגבות ומנקה שבאה מידיי יום או יומיים . הקשר עם הדירה לפני הביקור היה לוקה בחסר אבל עם ההגעה ענו יותר מהר .

Wonderful and well maintained villa, on one hand very basic but on the other, it offers everything one expects. Private pool is regularly cleaned as well as the villa.

One needs a car or a motorbike to get to the shop or bar now the nearest store and bar are closed, villa tends to be somewhat isolated. You can get to the beach by foot, but it's not a path one would take several times a day.
