Kounopetra Beach Luxury Villas

הוילה ממוקמת על הים עם יציאה למרפסת ודשא ענק עם משטחי שיזוף.כל אחד מחדרי השינה היתה יציאה לדשא ולים. ירידה מסודרת ונוחה ליוף ים מושלם. מים רדודים בהתחלה אין זרמים מתאים לילדים. הוילה מטופחת ונקיה . הבעלים מתייחסים לנכס באהבה רבה וזה ניכר. הבעלים אנטוניוס מקסים עשה מעל ומעבר לתת לנו הרגשה טובה ואף סייע במציאת פתרון לבעיה שנתקלנו בה. המטבח מאובזר ויש שולחן אוכל גדול ערכנו שם ארוחות בוקר לתפארת . כפריטיך במרפסת אחרי הצהריים. טוש משוכלל לפני הכניסה לבית כשעולים מהים. חשבו על הכל. מיזוג אויר מעולה בכל החדרים. מיקום מעולה. אנחנו שכרנו רכב וטיילנו בכל רחבי האי, בממוצע ליעדים הרחוקים כשעה נסיעה. ליד הוילה, הולכים הרגל דקותיים יש טברנה מקסימה עם נוף לים ואוכל מעולה. בכל פעם שאכלנו בטברנות אחרות הגענו למסקנה שהטברנה הזו הכי טובה וטעים בה. מחירים מעולים. האי מקסים ביופיו נופים משגעים . פיסקרדו זכתה אצלינו לכינוי סן טרופז של קפלוניה. בכל טיול לקחת בגדים ואבוב ובאופן ספונטני להכנס להתרחץ בחופים ברחבי האי

Klimatizace nefungovala. Jedna koupelna smrděla a nedala se vyvětrat. Některé sítě v oknech byly roztrhané.

The hosts were incredibly friendly - when inviting us to share their birthday party and making us feel part of their family. The villas are beautiful and well appointed. The beach is simply amazing - travelled with a 2yo and a 6yo. The placid water and shallow beach were perfect. Even in August this was a haven of tranquility.

Great location. So handy for the beach and the local taverna. Although you’ll need a car to get there and nip out to the supermarket near lixouri, there’s little need to use it for anything else. We would set up base on the loungers in the garden each day and from there it’s just a few steps down the the beach. Toni was really welcoming and even took the kids off snorkelling to show them the best spots. The sea is great for swimming and paddle boarding. We are in the taverna next door every night. Good value and friendly staff.

Only minor criticism is the heat exchanger fans for the air-con face out on to the balcony which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit outside if the air-con was on inside (although we were there during a particularly hot period).
