It's a really nice house to stay in. Great outdoor BBQ and eating area. Lovely garden. Awesome cleaning staff. Good bedrooms, two of which have balconies.
Lighting isn't great (either too dark or too bright). No outside shower. Lack of chopping boards in kitchen. The downstairs toilet is very small. The main bedroom doesn't have shutters on the windows (but the other bedrooms did).

The villa was exceptional. 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, and living dinning kitchen area open plan all beautiful and clean. The pool, terrace, and gardens were just amazing and superbly maintained. Just wowed us from the moment we drove up the lane and saw it 🥰

Well appointed, a clean spacious feel. Amazing outside space with exceptionally maintained gardens. Some spectacular palms. Clean pool, great barbecue area, and even an amphitheatre! The cicadas chirping on the old olive trees, the location tucked between hills. All of it excellent. About 15 minutes flat (and pleasant) walk along a quiet lane to the seafront with bars and tavernas.
Can’t complain at all. We evacuated from Katelios due to a wildfire and were grateful to find accommodation for the night.

Peace and quiet . Location for us was good but you do need a car. The villa is set in beautiful gardens . The gardener and the cleaner visited most days although not really necessary. The outside area is perfect it outshines the interior. There's fresh towels all the cooking equipment you require plus dishwasher and washing machine. The villa is very private at the end of a country lane. Would I return . Definitely
The villa needs a coat of paint and a bit of tlc. The interior lighting is poor . The mismatch furniture needs updating and the chairs although comfy need cleaning. It's a little tired but if you see past that you will have a comfortable stay. The shower downstairs needs a deep cleaning and outside umbrella would be good covering the sunbeds.
