Lepeda 's Pearl is a gorgeous newly built villa, offering breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea along with a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility.
Beautifully set in a 4000m2 olive garden, within a few steps (150m) from the picturesque sandy beach of Lepeda, the property is an ideal destination for romantic holidays as well as a unique choice for large families and groups of friends up to 10 persons.
Featuring 250m2 of living space on three levels, the villa is located on the scenic bay of Argostoli, just an 8 minutes' drive from Lixouri village or a beautiful stroll or cycling.
On level one, the house boasts an open living space with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can relax and enjoy their breakfast and meals on the pergola shaded veranda capturing spectacular views over the crystal clear waters and along the smooth coastline to Lixouri and Argostoli, on the other side of the bay. Another roofed veranda provides equally superb views of the south coast of the island.
On the ground floor, four twin bedrooms with access to the garden, all air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms, can provide accommodation for 10 adults. Double top-mattresses and extra beds for families with children are available upon request.
The lower part of the house adds a laundry room a quest room with en suite bathroom and plenty storage space for long term holidays.

A very beautiful and confortable villa! You find all you need for the pool, stuff for the beach and also good food and fruits for our first breakfast, a great welcome! We did a late check-in and a lady waited for us and eplained everything, also providing advices tò visit the island. The owner were available for any needs. We had a great stay and Kefalonia is such a beautiful island.

The house is very beautiful better than the pictures on websites. The hospitality was fantastic , we arrive late in the evening and we fouond a very good cake, water and fruit of juice.

We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.
