Villa Brio Exclusive is a refined seaside complex of three detached self-catered villas with private pools, set on the beautiful coastline between Skala and Poros, Kefalonia.
Villa C is a spacious, three-level five-bedroom seafront villa within the Villa Brio Exclusive Complex, carefully arranged to comfortably host larger families or groups while providing exceptional space, privacy and flexibility.
Set across three levels and approximately 170 sqm, the villa allows guests to share common areas while enjoying distinct private zones across floors, making it ideal for multi-generational stays or group holidays.
Ground Floor — Pool Level Living
On the ground floor, at pool and lower garden level, the villa features:
• two double bedrooms (one with king bed and extra space for an additional single folding bed facility or cot)
• one full-size bunk bedroom suitable for adults or children
• two bathrooms (including one en-suite)
All bedrooms open directly onto the shaded pergola and pool area, where guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, lounge seating, sunbeds, umbrella, and an expansive manicured lawn garden. The villa enjoys sea views even at this level, with beautiful sunrise moments over the horizon.
This level also includes a second full-size refrigerator and laundry facilities, making it especially practical for extended stays and larger groups.
