Villa Olive Tree is in the quiet village of Mrkovi, minutes away from Rosé or Mirista Beach.
Both the balcony and the pool terrace area give great views of the surrounding olive grove and beyond. The terrace is ideal for lounging and entertaining.
The villa contains a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. There are 3 good sized bedrooms on the 1st floor containing a 1 king size bed, 1x double bed and 2x single beds. All 3 bedrooms have their own air-conditioning units and main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The sofas in the lounge are sofa beds. Bed linens and towels are supplied. There are laundry facilities on the property.
There is a paved parking area for off street parking.
Tivat Airport is 20 Km away approx 30 mins. Kotor also 20 Km, Beach bars and restaurants are from 6 minutes to 15 minutes away by car.

Fantastic time with friendly and helpful Jovan. Good recommendations for outings and restaurants. Minor house issues didn't affect our holiday pleasure. Lucky to find this secluded spot. Would definitely return. Thanks!
