Village is located near the beach Beach (500 m) and Also very close to Alvor village (easy access on foot). It is a private and secure condominium, with two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children and a pleasant garden. Outside the condominium there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, grocery, laundry, chemist, Sunday market and Several other shops.

Is in the 2nd floor, the building has an elevator with access to the underground parking.
Accommodation compreende one bedroom with a queen bed, living room with dining and sitting areas (one sofa bed), full bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) and a balcony.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedroom.
Guests have free acess to the swimming pools.

This is a nice apartment with a great location. It is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need & more. The weather wasn't nice enough to lay on the beach but the closet was full of beach items which is a very nice touch. Maria was a great host. - very responsive & easy to deal with. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The beach & marina and boardwalk are also very close by. We had a really lovely stay & wished we could have stayed longer.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Super Lage, zentral zu Strand und allen Annehmlichkeiten und absolut ruhig. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This was a very well maintained property and spotlessly clean.
The kitchen was very well equipped could not have asked for any more.
The balcony is a lovely space to enjoy after a busy day on the beach !

This apartment is a two bedroomed very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean with all the appliances that anyone would require. It is in a secure complex with locked gates. The owner met us upon our arrival and we even had a welcome gift which was lovely. The apartments are within a 5 minute walk to the main part of Alvor and the beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. There is a large supermarket around the corner, the whole complex is very clean and the pool area looked lovely although we didn't use it because of the time of year. I will definitely return to these apartments without any hesitation whatsoever.
