About this apartment rental
Apartment T1, very comfortable and well decorated, with 1 Bedroom, 2 WC, fully equipped kitchen and Wifi. A large balcony with a great sea view right on the beach.
The long sandy beach is considered one of the best in Portugal and is located less than 100 meters. On the beach are numerous friendly restaurants with a cheerful and informal atmosphere and very affordable prices. There are several types of activities in the immediate vicinity: 10 of the best golf courses in the Algarve (some less than 3 km away), 2 marinas, Race Track, Aerodrome, restaurants of all kinds, luxury hotels, etc. a walk away is the typical fishing village of ALVOR, now very famous for its narrow streets with craft shops, live music bars and excellent restaurants (there is a lively atmosphere and lively nightlife there). The village is situated on the shore of a lagoon open to the sea where there is a multi-kilometer decking path for walking. Within walking distance are 2 major cities, Portimão (4 Kms) and Lagos (15 Kms), both famous for their splendid marinas, restaurants, natural beauty and nightlife. Still very close (about 15Kms) you can visit the small town of Silves with its Arab origins, castle and museums. But if you simply want to rest or play golf this is the ideal place, given the tranquility of the place, the proximity of the beach and the existing infrastructure.

Location of apartment which is on the 6th floor, is fantastic with uninterrupted views of the beach and across to Lagos. The Host never bothered me with visits but was only a phone call away to help with anything, which is what i prefer. Sliding doors opened up from the lounge and bedroom onto the balcony which was the length of the apartment. Although I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space for two people. Hot water was plentiful. Small kitchen but enough room for one person cooking. Lots of storage throughout. Couple of suggestions: relaxing chairs for the balcony and a new mattress for the bed (it was dipped on both sides from use). Overall a brilliant stay!

Das Apartment bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf des Meer. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung und die Größe war ideal für einen Urlaub. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Ein Mietwagen ist bei einem Aufenthalt dort eindeutig von Vorteil.
Unserer Meinung nach könnte das Apartment eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Die sanitäre Ausstattung (Keramik, Fliesen) ist wahrscheinlich noch aus der Zeit, in der das Gebäude errichtet wurde. Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls älteren Datums. Ich würde es so nicht mehr buchen wollen.
Wem die Ausstattung egal ist, kann man nur sagen:

Ein Apartment mit so einer Aussicht findet man so schnell nicht wieder. Parkplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus in ausreichender Zahl. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. (Bei einem Schlüsselsatz funktioniert der Schlüssel zum Gebäude nicht mehr. Es gibt wohl einen Zugang mittels Code aber wie das funktioniert, haben wir nicht richtig begriffen.)
In Alvor selbst findet man alles, was man so braucht .
Es gibt dort Restaurants in ausreichender Zahl.
