About this apartment rental
Recently upgraded and equipped, including luxury bathroom and air conditioning. This very spacious fully tiled apartment has two good sized bedrooms with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The main entrance is set just back from the road, with free parking, and has full wheelchair access. There are lifts, stairs and underground parking. The complex has a selection of restaurants/snack bars/cafes, a good mini market. Free Internet access is available in many cafe's and bars. There is a pharmacy round the corner and the taxi rank is a couple of minutes walk away. The fishing village of Alvor has a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars all within a few minutes walk of the complex. The promenade area has cafes overlooking the estuary and there are various fishing and sightseeing trips available. Further along the promenade is the recently built sports complex with an indoor pool. The stunning golden sands of Alvor beach with its board walk and beach bars are an easy walk away.

Alvor provides an ideal location for visiting many sites on the west side of the Algarve. Portimao is just 10 minutes away; Silves is 30 minutes, as is Monchique. Cape St. Vincent is an hour's drive but worth the effort. Lagos is under a half hour. Alvor itself is small enough to be walkable with lots of restaurants and the outstanding boardwalks along the estuary and out to the seashore.

From start to finish- a great experience! Excellent communication with the owner and the apartment is perfect for a stay in Alvor. It’s spacious and has everything you would need for a family holiday. The complex is gorgeous and despite going in August, we didn’t have any problems getting a sunbed near the pool.Excellent proximity to shops, town, harbour and beach-all within walking distance. We loved it and hope to return next year!
