Apartment located in a closed condominium, with garden and 2 swimming pools; one for adults and one for children. Apartment located on the 2nd floor, is located near the beach and the center of the village of Alvor, one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of the Algarve.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and television;
Living / dining room with two sofas, one of the sofas is sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, mobile with TV and air conditioning;
Full bathroom with walk-in shower;
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and kettle,
The balcony has an area of 8 m2, facing the pool area and sea view with table and chairs.
The location of this apartment allows easy access on foot to the beach, town center, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and the Private Hospital of Alvor. The apartment has bed linen and towels included.
Extra cleaning can be combined.

We have stayed at Villa da Praia on two previous occasions over the years and love the location and facilities. For a one bedroom apartment it is very spacious, well equipped and ideal. Paula and David were perfect hosts who met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and kept us informed throughout. A big thank you to you both. No hesitating in recommending as it is in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Paula is very attentive to yours needs, she even delivered candles when all of Portugal lost power, would highly recommend this property

Overall a really nice stay again at Vila da Praia. The bed and pillows are comfortable, we don’t use the air con as prefer to keep windows open if possible and the location of the apartment enabled this as quiet and a nice breeze into the bedroom overnight. Fantastic view from the balcony and a good canopy to use in the afternoon if it’s not too windy.
The bathroom needs some attention on the grouting and the showerhead leaks but the shower is powerful and the bathroom is a good size. A mirror of any type outside of the bathroom would be a useful addition. Paula’s communication was great and we really appreciated her accommodating our early arrival.
