Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach Caroual (200m) and 10 minutes (450 m) from the city center.
Comfortable residence, 85 m2, full foot, fully renovated with enclosed garden with two terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Main access through a veranda with an office area, distributing on one side:
2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140/200, the other, small room with bunk beds 90/200 (access to the terrace). A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a separate toilet.
On the other side :
living room open on an equipped kitchen area,
a bathroom with sink and storage
a bedroom (bed 160/200) opening onto a patio with furnished terrace.
An independent storeroom is equipped with a fridge

Wir waren eine Woche im Sommer in diesem Häuschen und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie auch von den Besitzern selbst genutzt wird: Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, inspiriert und liebevoll. Es ist alles - und noch mehr - da, was man braucht, und das in einer guten Qualität. Die Nähe zum Strand ist großartig, und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer per Email auf Englisch war völlig unproblematisch, lediglich für die Betreuerin sollte man ein bisschen Französisch können.

Haus mit super Lage in Erquy

Das Haus ist super gelegen - 7 Minuten zum Stadtkern mit den kleinen Läden (für die Ortsgröße viel Auswahl an traiteurs mit sehr gutem Angebot/ guter Qualität) und 3 Minuten zum schöneren der beiden Erquy Strände zu Fuß. Der kleine Garten des Hauses ist sehr schön angelegt, sowie der Innenhof. Das Haus ist groß und hell, so dass Regentage nicht ganz zur Bürde werden. Das Bad ist tiptop und neu und ist viel größer und besser ausgestattet, als die Fotos es erkennen lassen, gleiches gilt für das separate WC. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die vielen Aufräumflächen, so dass Koffer nicht geöffnet im Weg stehen müssen. In einem separaten Raum steht noch ein weiterer Kühlschrank mit viel Fassungsvermögen und eine Waschmaschine, die auch trocknen kann, beides hat sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen. Das Haus war bei Übergabe sauber, mit einer großen Ausnahme der Küche. Diese fanden wir leider in einem schlechten Zustand wieder: an den Fronten klebten Essensresten/Kochspritzer, die Spüle war in ähnlichem Zustand, in den Schränken / auf der Arbeitsfläche lagen noch teilweise Krümel - dafür einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung, da wir bei Einzug erst den gröbsten Schmutz hier entfernen mussten und dann nur den Teil, der Sachen verwendet haben, die wir einmal durch die Spülmaschine gejagt haben. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen reagieren sie sehr schnell. Insgesamt: Sehr schönes Haus - einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung für die Sauberkeit der Küche

Maison bien équipée, bien placée entre le centre ville et la plage de Caroual. Maison lumineuse, agréable à vivre avec des espaces de vie bien différencier des espaces nuit. Ce qui permet d'y être en couple avec une famille de deux enfants sans être dérangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines ! Et espérons pouvoir relouer pour d'autres étés.

Superbe maison rénovée avec goût à 5min de la plage de Caroual à pied et à 10min du centre d’Erquy. Nous qui louons tous les ans à Erquy c’est de loin la plus chouette maison que nous avons louée ! Toute a qu’opéré il ne manque rien même pour bébé ! Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. Merci ! Nous reviendrons dans hésiter !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Erquy dans cette belle maison au calme décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin apportés au bien être des vacanciers La terrasse joliment aménagée ( arbustes et plantes) avec vue sur mer est très agréable La proximité ( moins de 10 minutes ) des commerces est très appréciable car on peut tout faire à pieds.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Erquy du 11 au 18 juillet. La location est décorée avec goût, tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. « Cabanes » (Nom du lieu) est Idéalement situé à proximité de la plage, du centre et de magnifiques paysages (cap d’erquy, cap Fréhel, Pléneuf-Val André...). Nos hôtes ont pensé à tout, beaucoup de choses sont à disposition ( info sur la région, équipements, jeux, produits de première nécessité...). Bref, n’hésitez pas arrêtez vous à Erquy.

Zwei gemütliche Häuschen, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurden, zwei (windgeschützte) Terrassen, dafür nur eine Dusche im Nebenhaus (war aber kein Problem für uns), ideal gelegen: keine 5 Min. bis zum Strand, auch Bäcker und das Zentrum von Erquy sind von hier zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben hier unvergessliche Ferien verbracht! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Very comfy house with everything needed for a very relaxing holiday. Nicely furnished with lovely details. Friendly, courteous and quickly responding landlord. Stayed with our three boys for a fortnight. Loved the beach (literally round the corner, only 200m away, but the steep walk back to the house will make you gasp 😉), the nearby shopping facilities in the village and the seafood. Will come back. Thank you.

Leider haben wir die Vermieter selbst nicht kennengelernt. Aber die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und kommunizieren perfekt und schnell. Selbst die kurzfristige Bitte nach einer leicht veränderten Check In Zeit konnte erfüllt werden und die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür. Für uns als Paar war das Domizil mit Nähe zum Strand und auch zum Dorfzentrum gut. Man kann, wenn man will, viel zu Fuß machen. Da es zwei kleine Häuser sind ist lediglich die Anzahl der Türschlüssel zu koordinieren. Es wurde alles was benötigt wird vorgefunden. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Chris u. Lydia
