Traumhafter Blick. Gemütliche Küche. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Leider teils Teppichboden. Im Gegensatz zum Rest der Wohnung fehlt es in der Küche an Sauberkeit (Schränke und Küchenutensilien). Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Appartement avec très belle vue Acceuil de la conciergerie très bien Mais information du proprietaire 24 h avant notre arrivée pour prévenir de 2 volets inutilisables ça peut arriver mais problème recurrent confirmé par la conciergerie et les messages sur avis et ne font rien demande de rideaux occultants refus Dommage les propriétaires sont malhonnêtes réparation de petites fortunes qui ne tient pas Moquette dans le séjour et l 'entree vaisselle juste Tasse avec mégots retrouvé dans un placard d' une chambre moisis ! Passez votre chemin et donnez votre argent à un autre proprietaire

Vue très belle, comme sur les photos. Salon, salle à manger et chambres refait à neuf. Cuisine très bien équipée. Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Salle de bain à refaire mais fonctionnel. Chambres grandes et lits confortables. Canapé lit facile à utiliser et correct. Volets cassés à changer et rideaux à prévoir plus large. Vue sur le port et sur la baie de St Brieux. Résidence très propre avec accès direct à la plage. Très grande plage avec école de voile. Lors des grandes marées, les vagues s'écrasent sur la jetée. Magnifique ! Ville d'Erquy avec tous les commerces et de très bons restaurants proposant des produits de la mer en provenance directe du port de pêche. Succulent. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable emplacement idéal ! Beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter dans le secteur et ses alentours. Logement spacieux pour 6 personnes seul bémol pas de WiFi . Le plus serais d'avoir le linge de lit et de maison dans le prix de la location pour éviter de trop se charger vu qu'il n'y as pas d'ascenseur et un sèche linge manque aussi . Sinon rien à redire . Nous y retournerons certainement un jour ! Merci pour se séjour agréable.

L'appartement est très bien situé, au 3ème étage, avec une vue directe depuis la balcon et le salon, sur la jolie plage. Très agréable tout au long de la journée car pas de soleil de face mais il apparait au milieu de l'après midi. L'appartement est très propre et bien aménagé dans le confort. Seul petit bémol: il n'y a pas accès ni à un wifi ni à un bon réseau de téléphone (4G) dans alors que c'était annoncé dans la description.

Malgré nos réticences sur l architecture des années 70,nous avons trouvé un bel appartement,confortable,bien entretenu,très bien équipé avec vue imprenable. L'accueil du concierge est bienveillant et disponible.
