Great apartment, we found the west side much better to stay, you can cross the river arranging with the hotel staff any time. The guys working in the hotel were super helpful and nice.

From the very moment of our arrival at full moon house there was a wow factor!! Firstly the warm welcome from Mostafa .then the location right beside the Nile surrounded by good restaurants and shops . And across from luxor temple. Stunning views from the large top floor balcony. The apartment was perfect scrupulously clean and spacious . Breakfast was devine. especially the one for valentine's day. Mostafa and our wonderful guide Valentino put together a most comprehensive and incredible tour package, so together with our magical driver Ashraf ( not to forget Hussain) we explored everything we wanted to and far more besides our stay was exceptional. and Mohamed and Abdul looked after us so well. we will never forget you all and your kindness, nor beautiful luxor and it's charming people . The apartment was nice and spacious and had a lot of promise. It was located one level down from the shared balcony where meals are served. Thr private balcony had great views. Friendly hotel staff.

Thr air conditioner was broken. Loud noises from the aircon could be heard every couple of hours from the previous evening itself. No cooling what so ever. Spent a miserable night trying to get some rest. Spoke to the hotel manager the next morning who promptly came to check the air conditioner. He dusted and cleaned the filter. I was quite unimpressed with his response that the reason it was not cooling was because the window curtains were not shut and the bedroom door was not closed. A simple acknowledgement would have been better. As expected the room did not cool at all with the aircon turned on following the filter clean, shut curtains and closed door. On another note I had dropped something small in the kitchenette area. I found it under the cupboards along with plenty of dust and rubbish and a rotten lemon! The fridge had the previous guests items in it (half a watermelon and some drunk bottles) No water from the taps the next morning just before I had to leave for the airport. This was fixed in a couple of hours. However water pressure was still low enough after the fix so as to not to be able to use the shower head. Another inconvenience.
