Very private holiday flat with pool, garden and roof terrace in a beautiful rural setting. Villa Kaslan is located in a very private area surrounded by date palms, banana plantations, sugar cane and wheat fields on the West Bank of Luxor. The property itself has many flowers, shrubs, lime, mandarin and papaya trees, peppermint, basil..... The peace and quiet on site is only interrupted by the chirping of the birds during the day and the chirping of the crickets in the evening and you can really relax here. Be it by or in the swimming pool, on the large roof terrace with panoramic views, in the garden or on the separate terraces of the holiday flats; there is always somewhere to be found. Villa Kaslan is a three-storey villa with 24-hour security and a caretaker on site. We also live there ourselves, so there is always someone on hand to hand over the keys and deal with any requests or problems. The swimming pool, garden, forecourt and roof terrace are partially covered and are shared by all tenants. Each of the large holiday flats is on a separate floor, so that your privacy is guaranteed even when they are all occupied. The flat advertised here is on the first floor. It has a large, open-plan living and dining room with kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It also has a spacious terrace that runs the entire length of the building and overlooks the pool in the rear courtyard. Come and see for yourself! We look forward to seeing you! Despite its idyllic location, the village of El Gazeera on the Nile with its bakeries, grocery shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, internet cafes, restaurants, etc. is only a 25-minute walk away. The ferry stops at the same place, which takes you across the Nile in a few minutes and stops right in front of Luxor Temple. Feluccas and motorboats can also be hired here. However, it is also very easy - and cheap - to order a taxi for the route from Villa Kaslan to the Nile. Even closer are most of the archaeological sights for which Luxor is rightly world-famous. Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habu Temple, Ramesseum, Colossi of Memnon, Tombs of the Nobles, Hatshepsut Temple and, and, and - all just a few minutes' drive away.
