About this apartment rental
The flat is on the first floor of a building with lift. It is composed of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 living room with a small kitchen and a small balcony on the court yard. It has just been renovated, it is spacious and full of light. It is cosy and suitable for large families or groups of friends.
The apartment is situated on the fast line of tram n°2. So you can arrive in few minutes in the center (Piazza del Popolo)
The bus n:32 and 280 links the apartment to S.Pietro Vaticano in few stops.
You can rent bikes 5 minutes walk from the flat and ride by cycle track to S.Pietro or to Isola Tiberina.
By foot you can arrive to Maxxi Museo, Auditorium and Olimpic Stadio.
The flat has got Air conditioning in every room a flat Wi-Fi internet connection, 1 TV sets with both digital and satellite channels. Washing machine, dish maschine, iron, hover, micro-wave, boiler, toaster, hand-held mixer, hair dryer are available. A baby – sitting and transfer service are available on request.
We are very flexible in the arrangement of beds:
1 room can be double or we can accommodate 3 single beds;
The second room can be double or we can arrange 3 single beds;
The third room can only be double;
The forth room can be double bed or we can arrange 2 single beds.
The living room has a sofa bed.

Host responded quickly to any requests and was very helpful. Great a/c. Tram was close but 10 min walk. Great coffee bars/bakery and grocery nearby. Very walkable neighborhood
