The rainforest setting is stunning, beautiful place ! Kae is super helpful, would love to come back again when we visit Krabi next time.

Good location, nice activities and good food.
Terrible customer service experience. The faulty door lock enabled wild monkey to enter and roam through our room. The staff left the doors open during our absence with our belongings inside. Hotel didn’t propose any kind of compensation (we had to contact booking), and did not even clean the room properly.
