Beautiful property, close to beach, shops and restaurants / bars. pool not on site but short stroll and always just our group there. Ideal for family or friends.

Beautiful house with all modern fittings and appliances. Located withina five minute walk of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The owner could not have been more helpful. We will be returning to this house in the future.

Areas of the property need updating, but knowing the host he has already started the upgrade.

Some facilities perhaps need some repair or attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at Loic’s place. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We were able to park the car and enjoy the beach life of Albir. The house is just as described, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owners was easy and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and ability to open up the house and enjoy the sea breezes. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was delightful and appreciated when taking afternoon naps. We are coming back next year.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 11 night stay at this property. Loic and his family were very welcoming and very professional. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is perfect for easy access to the centre of Albir. We enjoyed having a choice of outdoor terrace and the swimming pool is only a few houses away and we went most days for a swim. There were a handful of sun loungers available for use by the pool also. There are partial sea views from the house which was a super bonus. We have stayed many times in Albir and would recommend this property. (See the Sea restaurant and bar is close by and we enjoyed some excellent meals there with stunning views of the sea.)

Second holiday at this super villa. Albir is a special place and this house is ideally located for it's beach,seafront.shops,restaurents and bars. The house is spacious,clean,well presented ( beautiful furniture) with everthing you could possibly require for an enjoyable stay (I'm sure a 3rd visit will be inevitable!) We have been visiting Albir for over 20 years, staying in lots of different villas.This is great villa, super position being close to the main town and beach. Only three of us on this trip, so there was plenty of space in the villa which was clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable.Loved hearing the waves crash on the beach in the mornings and the walks to the lighthouse.Loic (and Audrey) were great hosts and available by telephone if needed.We would love to return!

Stayed in chalet - Albir for a week at the end of August with my partner, our 4 and 7 year old daughters and 2 friends with their 2 year old son. Loic (the owner) made us very welcome on our arrival with a folder full of recommendations on bars, restaurants and trips as well as details on how to work all the amenities. He gave us a tour of the villa and was happy to answer any questions we had. As a lovely little extra he had stocked the fridge with alcoholic beverages and water which we gratefully welcomed after such a long journey. He left us his contact details and was happy to assist with any problems we encountered during our stay. The villa was advertised as a 4 bed - there were 2 doubles and a twin upstairs and a single down in the basement. It could however accommodate 9 people as there is another room off the single in the basement which had twin beds in also. The decor is modern and homely and the kitchen very well equipped - towels were provided as was clean bedding should it be required. The location was perfect as it is situated 2 minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants meaning you dont need a car (although secure parking is on site if needed). The beach is quite stoney however there are still sandy parts for the kids to built castles. Also there are a number of kids playgrounds situated along the beach so they were kept well entertained. There is a number 10 bus stop 5 minutes away (opposite the consum supermarket) which takes you into benidorm. If you get off at Benidorm Palace aqualandia and mundomar are just a 5 minute walk up the hill. Would definitely recommend both. Just a short walk from the villa there is a nature Park where you can walk up to the lighthouse.. Beautiful mountainside views and the path easy for pushchairs. To note though, its is 6km round trip so take plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes. For the more adventurous there are other routes to explore off the beaten track. The only downside I would say is the villa does have a lot of marble steps so I wouldnt recommend to those with children under 4. We coped OK but had to use some of the chairs as temporary stairgates! There is a communal pool a few doors down which was very secure and had loungers, parasols and chairs although the parasols had seen better days!Overall a superb stay and would definitely return - especially if loic gave us discount!!!!!!!!!! :)

Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet um Urlaub mit seiner Familie zu machen. Die Lage ist absolut top, mit Blick aufs Meer. Es ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist schön eingerichtet und auch die Terasse ist wunderbar zum sitzen , essen, spielen. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars usw. sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Loic ist ein sehr netter, sympathischer Mann und Vermieter. Bei Problemen reagiert er sofort und löst sie umgehend. Vielen Dank nochmal Loic für die wunderschönen Tage in deinem Haus. Liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal, Andreas

La casa está muy bien y el emplazamiento es perfecto. Cerca de la playa y de los servicios del Albir. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.

Notre séjour a été satisfaisant, la maison disposait de tt ce qu'il fallait. Emplacement parfait à 2 min de la plage.Piscine Nickel. Propietaire très proactive. 2 points comme observation. Bruit de la nuit assez fort pour le passage du camion poubelle et des fois des gens. Voisins pas assez agréables.

Estuvo bien, pero la limpieza debería haber sido mucho más intensa sobre todo en estas circunstancias. Recomendaría también reposición de menaje y arreglo de pequeños desperfectos que mejorarían la imagen de la casa. Pero mereció la pena.

Nos ha gustado mucho la estancia, muy bien ubicada la casa, no le falta de nada. Trato muy correcto. Mucho espacio por fuera de la casa.

La casa está muy bien ubicada. El equipamiento es estupendo y se agradece el aire acondicionado. Muy cómoda para ir a la playa o si te quieres quedar relajándote en el Jardin. Muy cerca de los comercios

Flott beliggenhet til det meste i Albir. Stort fint hus med lekker innredning. Godt utstyrt med det du trenger. Behagelig vertskap.

Grande maison idéalement situé et parfaitement équipé, nous venons de passer 2 semaines de vacances magnifiques , proche de toutes les commodité ( plage , resto, bar , magasin ) , mes 5 enfants ont tous adoré la plage , la maison , la piscine souvent pour nous tous seul 😊�et surtout la fibre en fin de journée 😊�pour leur tablette et jeux vidéo , en ce qui nous concerne nous venons souvent dans ce coin de l’espagne mais c’est la première fois que nous sommes aussi bien logé , gros point positif nous avons pu réaliser des bonnes sieste les après midi après nos mâtiné de plage grâce à la climatisation et le double vitrage qui ne laissait passer aucun bruit . Et pour finir un petit mot sur les propriétaires qui sont comme la maison au top , disponible et cool . Encore merci pour les vacances

De woning is net zo mooi als op de foto's en heeft onze verwachtingen ruim overtroffen! Ook is het erg centraal gelegen waardoor je overal snel bent. Albir is een gezellig dorp met meer dan voldoende eetgelegeheden. Het strand is 5 minuten lopen, het zwembad 1 minuut. Wij waren na een week nog lang niet klaar met alles bekijken! De inventaris is meer dan voldoende voor 7 personen. Het huis is voor 7 personen ook erg ruim. Niet klein maar voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, al zijn wij weinig binnen geweest met het mooie weer. De gastheer en zijn dochter zijn ontzettend aardig en doen alles voor je om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken! Kortom we hebben genoten! Een echte aanrader

in de mei vakantie vertoefd in deze heerlijke woning. Mooie ruime slaapkamers, mooie woning, heerlijke tuin en super ligging vlakbij strand en boulevard! absolute aanrader.

Het huis op zich is prima. De buitenruimte zou mooi geweest zijn, ware het niet dat er wegwerkzaamheden pal voor de deur waren. Het gevolg: herrie en stof. We konden niet buiten zitten door de herrie. Daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen. Maar van enige tegemoetkoming kon geen sprake zijn. Typisch geval van 'pech gehad'. Verder: de ligging t.o.v. het strand is uitstekend. Binnenruimtes zijn oké.

Située à 150m de la plage, cette petite maison est très bien équipée, charmante et propre. Parfaite pour une semaine de vacance à la plage. Loic, le proprio est très sympa.
