We got a warm welcome upon arrival and a free upgrade to a suite. This hotel is exceptional and was the nicest place we stayed at in Romania. Everyone was super friendly, the room was superb, the spa is open till 10 pm and very luxurious, and the breakfast was very generous. Definitely stay here if you can.
