Beautiful location in the heart of the lake, far enough away from the other resorts to feel isolated.
The staff were amazing and when we noticed that a pipe on our bungalow needed fixing, they did it straight away. The young tour guide was amazing and made everything comfortable for our stay. The meals were great; they came out as a set menu which was lovely as it was a little surprise every meal time. There were always enough kayaks and the tours were lovely.
Nothing.

Very nice location. Accessible only by shuttle boat which triggers a significant extra charge.
However, the surroundings are breathtaking.
The only excellent hospitality of the team, especially Khun Benny, needs to be mentioned
The breakfast is very basic and leaves some room for improvement
We had a very basic room on the second floor that was visibly showing its age. However, it was clean and acceptable for one night
