Helpful staff, clean and tidy, loved our room and outside shower. Loved their dogs following us around. Although they didn't cater for evening meals, they directed us to a lovely local restaurant 😉 😋 xx

What a lovely place, affordable, cute dogs and aircon in the room was a plus so very comfortable!. Loved the outdoor bathroom as well. Only two restaurants nearby which is good to know, would bring more snacks next time. Beautiful sunset place with hammock area.

Tuk tuk was quite expensive to get to pier even though it was nearby but it was the only option. Bit hard to find as it is quite hidden don’t miss turning into the road.

The river nearby was beautiful and lots of animals nearby.Lots of dogs lived there and they came when we went to the restaurant to protect us,the beds were comfy and shower gel,shampoo and shower caps were provided.the view on the balcony was beautiful and they take exceptional care of animals which was really lovely.There was a pond nearby with fish. If you are coming from Koh Tao/Surat Thani don’t make the mistake to go all the way to Khao Sok van station. If you asked to be dropped off at Ban Ta Khun it would be much easier to get to the property.

The breakfast menu was toast and eggs with a tiny bit of sausage.There was loads of geckos everywhere and some gecko droppings in the room.The fridge smelt like garlic and the doors didn’t open easily.The room looked old and a little bit dirty but the bed was really nice.My daughters bathroom was outside though.The room and bathroom smelt quite weird.

The property was so hot, air con was poor, the breakfast was not great, Infact we sat at the table and was not served, then no one was to be seen so we left after a while
