    Location and staff incredible. Worth paying extra for package to include all meals and trips. Had a fault with one of the lights in our room (which wasn’t a problem for us and wasn’t reported but was noticed by cleaners) and after it was fixed we were offered a free bottle of wine for ‘the inconvenience’. Highly recommended

    Resort and staff are good, but the experience of getting there from Cheow Larn Pier couldn't be any worse. We upgraded to the full inclusive package to include boat transfers, and were left waiting for over two hours after arriving when advised by the resort. Staff were unable to provide any meaningful updates to their customers and eta of a boat transfer kept getting later and later, customers getting more and more agitated and staff visibly stressed by the whole situation. The resorts response was that this is circumstances outside of their control. When you are paying a premium to stay here, then an additional amount for the transfer, that process should be all within their control to ensure it all goes smoothly. Soured the entire experience somewhat for our entire family.
